In a conventional germination acceleration process, soaked and disinfected seeds are fetched and drained; the seeds are preheated for 3-5min by washing the seeds with water with a temperature of 35-40 DEG C; the seeds are placed in a cloth bag or a basket; the periphery of the bag or basket is sealed with an agricultural film and disease-free straw, such that thermal insulation is realized.
