The invention is directed to a method and an arrangement for generating extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation, i.e., radiation of high-energy photons in the wavelength range from 11 to 14 nm, based on a gas discharge. The object of the invention, to find a novel possibility for generating EUV radiation in which an extended life of the system is achieved with stable generation of a dense, hot plasma column, is met according to the invention in that a preionization discharge is ignited between two parallel disk-shaped flat electrodes prior to the main discharge by a surface discharge along the superficies surface of a cylindrical insulator with a plasma column generated through the gas discharge with pulsed direct voltage, which preionization discharge carries out an ionization of the working gas in the discharge chamber by means of fast charged particles. The preionization discharge is triggered within a first electrode housing and the main discharge takes place between a narrowed output of the first electrode housing and a part of the second electrode housing close to the outlet opening of the discharge chamber. The plasma develops in a part of the second electrode housing covered by a tubular insulator and, as a result of the current-induced magnetic field, contracts to form a dense, hot plasma column, one end of which is located in the vicinity of the outlet opening of the second electrode housing.

By making the porosity in the outer peripheral portion of the thermal insulation layer 2 smaller, a number of immovable points on the outer periphery of the thermal insulation layer 2 restricted by the substrate 1 is increased and the positions of them are dispersed, so that the compression stress compressed in the outer peripheral portion of the thermal insulation layer 2 can be dispersed.

The invention solves the problem that in the preparation method of the ceramic particle reinforced aluminum foam matrix composite material, ceramic particles are micron-sized, the uniform distribution of nano-ceramic particles can not be realized, and the existing ceramic particle reinforced aluminum foam matrix composite material has wide aperture and low compressive yield strength. The aluminum foam matrix composite material of the invention is prepared from aluminum or aluminum alloy powder, CaCO3 and nano-ceramic particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: using a ball mill to process raw material powder and stearic acid, mixing powder, then placing the mixture in a graphite mould to perform vacuum hot press sintering and obtain a perform, performing forward extruding to obtain a semi-finished product, heating and foaming to obtain the finished product. The aperture of the aluminum foam matrix composite material is less than 1mm, and the compressive yield strength is 50-98MPa which is 2-20 times of that of the existing aluminum foam matrix composite material. By using the method of the invention, the nano-ceramic particles can be uniformly distributed in the aluminum foam matrix composite material.

There is provided a plasma reactor with an internal transformer. The plasma reactor comprises: a plasma chamber with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, for providing a plasma discharging space; one or more core cylinder jackets for providing a core storage space in the plasma discharging space and forming a plasma centralized channel and a plasma decentralized channel by including one or more through-apertures; and one or more transformers each including a magnetic core with primary winding surrounding the through-aperture and installed in the core storage space, wherein the plasma discharging space comprises one or more first spatial regions to form the plasma centralized channel and one or more second spatial regions to form the plasma decentralized channel. In the plasma reactor, since the transformer is installed in the plasma chamber, energy is transferred with almost no loss from the transformer to the plasma discharging space and therefore the energy transfer efficiency is very high. Then, since most of gases flow through the first spatial region and the through-aperture inside the plasma chamber, most of active gases are generated in the plasma centralized channel. Consequently, the plasma reactor is very suitable for generating large amount of active gases. Further, even though the plasma chamber is composed of a conductive material, since no special insulating region needs to be formed, it is very easy to constitute the plasma chamber. Further, since the plasma chamber itself is sufficiently capable of forming an outer case, the plasma reactor is very simply manufactured.

In a first stage, oil-in-water droplets are formed by adopting a T-channel structure; and in a second stage, oil / water / oil double emulsion is formed by adopting a flow focusing structure. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the intermediate phase of the double emulsion is polymerized to form the hydrogel microparticles, and polymerization reaction on an interface of an external phase and the intermediate phase is suppressed, so that hydrogel cannot wrap internal-phase oil cores, and the hydrogel microparticles taking the internal-phase oil cores as templates are formed. The method has the advantages that: the volume velocity ratio of the internal phase to the intermediate phase is controlled to form a series of hydrogel microparticles with similar shapes; the number of internal cores of single double emulsion is controlled to form hydrogel microparticles with different shapes such as meniscal shapes and polypod shapes; additives in a monomer solution are controlled to form hydrogel microparticles with special functions such as fluorescence and magnetism; and compared with microparticles formed by a photoetching method, the microparticles formed by the method have three-dimensional shape structures.
