Embodiments relate to a structure of reactors in a deposition device that enables efficient removal of excess material deposited on a substrate by using multiple-staged Venturi effect. In a reactor, constriction zones of different height are formed between injection chambers and an exhaust portion. As purge gas or precursor travels from injection chambers to the exhaust portion and passes the constriction zones, the pressure of the gas drops and the speed of the gas increase. Such changes in the pressure and speed facilitate removal of excess material deposited on the substrate.

A method of distributing particles in a flow of gas and a needleless syringe for use in the needleless injection of particles into the skin or mucosa of a vertebrate subject are disclosed. The syringe includes a convergence which reduces pressure of the gas flowing in the gas flow path due to the Venturi effect such that particles initially located outside of the gas flow path are drawn into the gas flow path under the action of the reduced pressure and become entrained in the gas. A throttle body fuel injection system and method that is arranged to easily replace four-barrel carburetors includes a throttle body assembly with four main bores, each with a throttle plate and an associated fuel injector. Each injector feeds fuel into a circular fuel distribution ring via a fuel injection conduit, which introduces pressurized fuel into the air stream. A device that converts wave energy to electrical or chemical energy includes a buoy adapted to float on a water surface, a venturi tube, and a rigid or flexible means of connecting the buoy and the venturi tube. An air handling system for a building having a ceiling and enclosed space, the system including four interconnected induction units for mounting adjacent the ceiling. These units form four sides of a rectangular assembly. Each induction unit includes an air plenum section and an air mixing section connected to a side of the air plenum section and forming an elongate air mixing chamber that extends downwardly to an air outlet.
