The film material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being firm and durable, economic and environment-friendly, antistatic, tearproof, antifogging, wide in application range, flame-retardant, fireproof, safe and reliable. The adding amount of the conductive fiber is small, so that the processability is good, the comprehensive performance is excellent, and the film material is particularly suitable for scale production. The added antistatic agent has better conductivity and meanwhile, the zinc oxide whisker with four feet and a three-dimensional structure is added and cooperates with the antistatic agent, so that the material is endowed with an antistatic property efficiently.

The bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer consists of an inhibition aldehyde acid component, an acid-alkali balancing component, a viscosity improving component, a distillation range improving component and a stable liquid-phase component, wherein the five functional components are uniformly stirred under the normal temperature to form the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer finished product. Compared with the prior art, the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer is obvious in stabilizing effect and incapable of bringing secondary pollution to the environment. When the moisture content of the bio-based methanol gasoline product stabilizer exceeds 10%, the oleyl alcohol phase stable period is still as long as 180 days, so that a problem that a fuel oil system and an engine must be regulated and optimized when the methanol content exceeds 85% is broken through. The prepared methanol gasoline has excellent water resistance, low temperature resistance, acid-alkali balancing resistance, stability of long-term stored oleyl alcohol as well as no emulsion phenomenon and no phase separation phenomenon while being mixed with the goods gasoline at any proportion, so that the combustion is more complete, and the emission of formaldehyde, the formic acid and the tail gas pollutants is reduced.

Polycarbonate composition of sulfur and nitrogen contained organic silicon flame retardant and preparation method

The invention discloses polycarbonate composition of sulfur and nitrogen contained organic silicon flame retardant and a preparation method of the polycarbonate composition. The polycarbonate composition comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 0.1%-10% of the organic silicon flame retardant, 0.01%-1% of an antioxidant and 89%-99% of polycarbonate. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: the sulfur and nitrogen contained organic silicon flame retardant, the antioxidant and polycarbonate are subjected to mixing granulation in an extruder, the mixing temperature is in a range from 200 DEG C to 280 DEG C, and the rotating speed is in a range from 80 rpm to 120 rpm. The polycarbonate composition of the sulfur and nitrogen contained organic silicon flame retardant and the preparation method of the polycarbonate composition have the characteristics of small flame retardant addition quantity, little smoke and no toxicity during burning, dripping prevention and the like; the flame retardant effect is remarkable, the limit oxygen index of polycarbonate is up to 32, and UL-94 is up to V-0; and besides, the processing temperature of the polycarbonate composition of the sulfur and nitrogen contained organic silicon flame retardant is reduced, the processing fluidity becomes better, the production cost can be reduced, and the resources are saved.

The produced high water content peanut textured proteins by using the method are bright and white in color and luster, delicate in flavor, rich in fibrous structures and relatively high in fiber strength, can be used as a substitute for high-grade meat, and can be used for processing of shredded meat, vegetarian pork, etc. The method increases fiberization degrees of the high water content peanut textured proteins, enhances the strength of the fiber and broadens application channels.
