This application discloses a method for preparing
Nutmeg and
Schisandra pills to improve depression-induced arrhythmia, including the following steps: S1, take
nutmeg,
costus root, aucklandia root, and
long pepper, in parts by weight, 20-30 parts of
nutmeg, 15-25 parts of
costus root, 15-25 parts of aucklandia root, and 10-20 parts of
long pepper, add water for
distillation extraction, and collect the obtained volatile oil. This application uses
extrusion spheroidization combined with
fluidized bed coating technology to prepare sustained-release microcapsules, prolonging the duration of
efficacy, reducing the frequency of medication, and avoiding excessive fluctuations in
blood drug concentration, thus reducing the risk of adverse reactions. The volatile oil is fully extracted by sufficient
steam distillation, combined with an appropriate ratio of β-
cyclodextrin inclusion and
spray drying process to reduce the loss of volatile oil and ensure the stability of the formulation
efficacy. The high-
dose ratio of medicinal materials can not only effectively regulate the patient's
mood and improve the depressive state, but also improve myocardial
blood supply, stabilize
cardiac electrophysiology, and break the vicious cycle between depression and arrhythmia.
