Method for obtaining distant intergeneric hybrids of Ampelopsis latifolia

The invention discloses a method for obtaining distant intergeneric hybrids of orchid. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: carrying out intergeneric distant hybridization on cymbidium sinense 'Jianxiaoji', cymbidium ensifolium 'Qingshan Yuquan', cymbidium ensifolium 'Xianshan Red' and winter impatiens of cymbidium as male parents, and culturing hybrid seeds into seedlings at the stages of sterile sowing, germination, differentiation and rooting and seedling strengthening, so as to obtain hybrid seedlings with complete plants. According to the method, the distant intergeneric hybrid seedlings obtained through specific hybridization conditions are high in hybridization fruit setting rate, high in germination success rate, short in germination starting time and good in seedling forming effect. According to the method provided by the invention, the success rate of distant hybridization of the orchid can be increased, the affinity obstacle of distant hybridization of the orchid genus and the orchid genus is overcome, the limitation that the genetic relationship between the orchid genus and the orchid genus is extremely far and natural geographical isolation exists is broken through, new germplasm is provided for planting and appreciating the orchid, and the method has important significance.

Drought stress method of Artemisia impatiens and application of drought stress method

PendingCN121264467ABiocidePlant growth regulatorsEriodictyolIsosakuranetin
The embodiment of the invention discloses a drought stress method for Artemisia impatiens and application. The method comprises the following steps: selecting seeds of Artemisia impatiens with full grains and uniform size, disinfecting, sowing in a culture dish, placing in a culture box, and transferring germs into a plastic basin for sunlight greenhouse culture after germination; the seedlings are subjected to drought stress treatment under the conditions that the concentration of PEG-6000 ranges from 5% to 30%, and the time ranges from 2 d to 6 d. According to the method, Artemisia impatiens is selected as a research object, two drought stress conditions of soil water content and PEG-6000 solution are set, and the influence of drought stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Artemisia impatiens seedlings and the content of eriodictyol-7-methyl ether and isosakuranetin with anti-inflammatory and asthma-relieving activities is discussed. Furthermore, TGF-beta1 is used for inducing mouse airway smooth muscle cells to construct an asthma model, and it is verified that the artemisia differentiata can effectively improve the asthma relieving activity after being subjected to drought stress. The method provides a theoretical basis for high-quality and high-efficiency cultivation of Artemisia impatiens.

Method for simultaneously and quantitatively detecting six components in radix impatiens and application thereof

The present application belongs to the technical field of chemical component analysis and detection of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and particularly relates to a method for simultaneously and quantitatively detecting six components in radix impatiens and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: standard samples of six components, i.e. hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, syringic acid, 4-hydroxyacetophenone, 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone and A-O-DCDT, are weighed respectively and prepared into a mixed control solution containing all the standard samples by using an organic solvent; an extracting agent is added to a test sample, and then the test sample is placed, ultrasonically extracted, cooled, fixed in volume, centrifuged, filtered, and dried to obtain a residue; the residue is redissolved and filtered to obtain a supernatant, which is the test sample solution; the mixed control solution and the test sample solution are detected by UPLC-DAD to obtain corresponding chromatograms; and the six components are qualitatively identified and quantitatively determined by comparing and analyzing the chromatograms of the mixed control solution and the test sample solution.
