Superhydrophobic fabric or nonwoven fabric and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic fabric or a super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric. The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing a fabric containing C-H bonds or a non-woven fabric containing C-H bonds with an alcohol solution of a monomer containing fluorine, and performing a radiation grafting reaction at an anaerobic condition so as o obtain a super-hydrophobic fabric or a super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric, wherein the monomer containing fluorine is a compound shown in general formula (1) in which X represents hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, methyl or cyan, Y represents O or NH, m represents 1-10 and n represents 1-10. The invention further discloses a super-hydrophobic fabric or a super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric prepared by the method. The super-hydrophobic fabric and the super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric disclosed by the invention overcome the defects that the existing super-hydrophobic fabric or super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric is complex to prepare in technique, has short modification effect duration time and is not washing-durable, so the super-hydrophobic fabric or the super-hydrophobic non-woven fabric disclosed by the invention is a fabric or a non-woven fabric which has washing fastness, is foldable and has permanent super hydrophobicity.

Developing agent for aircraft icing ice-shaped three-dimensional scanning and preparation method thereof

The present invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft icing ice-shaped measurement, and especially relates to a developing agent for aircraft icing ice-shaped three-dimensional scanning anda preparation method thereof. The developing agent comprises TiO2 powder, PMMA powder and a dichloromethane solvent. The preparation method comprises the steps of: pouring the TiO2 powder and the PMMA powder into a beaker, pouring dichloromethane into the beaker along a beaker wall by employing a measuring cylinder, and performing pre-stirring with pouring to obtain pre-mixed solution; and employing a ball-milling blender to perform stirring of the pre-mixed solution to make the developing agent. The problem is solved that the ice-shaped light transmittance is too high and cannot meet the laser three-dimensional scanning requirement, the provided developing agent has good adhesive force for the ice shape so that the ice-shaped light transmittance is greatly reduced, light shielding effectduration is long, secondary icing or ice melting cannot be caused, the developing agent for aircraft icing ice-shaped three-dimensional scanning is environmentally friendly and low-toxic, easy to spray, and has a very important practical significance for promotion of the application of the laser three-dimensional scanning technology at the aircraft icing ice-shaped three-dimensional measurement technology.
