Two substituted groups are separately selected from the following substituted groups: aryl, substituted aryl and aryl substituted alkyl; and the carbon atom number of one of two substituted groups is less than 40. The invention also discloses application of the O,O'-di-substituted dithiophosphate-N, N-diethyl ammonium serving as a metal pickling corrosion inhibitor. The O,O'-di-substituted dithiophosphate-N, N-diethyl ammonium is added into a pickling medium with different concentration to make the concentration be between 40 and 160 mg/L so as to achieve the effective metal corrosion inhibiting effect; and the pickling corrosion inhibitor disclosed by the invention has long lasting effect and wide applicable acidity range.
