The invention discloses a method for quickly starting a completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite process on sewage on the conditions of constant temperature and low ammonia nitrogen and belongs to the field of city sewage treatment and reutilization. The completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) process is started in a biological filter tank reactor and comprises the following steps: firstly, nitrifying sludge by using an inoculating part, and performing aerobic nitrification start with sufficient oxygen supply to build a nitrosobacteria-dominated and nitrobacterium-dominated microorganism system; inhibiting the growth of nitrobacterium through intermittent aeration / anaerobism and enriching anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria; and finally, performing continuous aeration, controlling ammonia nitrogen to be oxidized to a stage of nitrous acid through restrictive oxygen supply, and optimizing microenvironment where nitrosobacteria and anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria coexist so as to successfully start the CANON process. By using the method, the problem that the growth enrichment of the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria is slower for a long term can be solved; moreover, the starting way is simple and feasible, and the difficulty of the start of a single-stage autotrophic nitrogen removal system is reduced; and therefore, a method is provided to start the CANON process on stimulated waste water on the conditions of constant temperature and low ammonia nitrogen.

The recycling and treating method in the invention is characterized in that: first, biological phosphorus removal is conducted for the pretreated sewage, meanwhile, the organic substance is also removed; then, the biological autotrophic denitrogenation is carried out, thus completing the recycle and treatment of the sewage. The biological autotrophic denitrogenation can be implemented in six ways: first, the sewage with the phosphorus removed biologically enters a nitrous acid biofilter, and then enters an ANAMMOX activated sludge reactor; second, the sewage enters a nitrous acid activated sludge reactor and subsequently enters an ANAMMOX biofilter; third, the sewage enters the nitrous acid biofilter, and then enters the ANAMMOX biofilter; fourth, the sewage enters the nitrous acid activated sludge reactor before entering the ANAMMOX activated sludge reactor; fifth, the sewage enters a single-segment biofilter reactor; and sixth, the sewage enters a single segment activated sludge reactor. The recycling and treating method for urban sewage in the invention has the advantages of good effect of sewage treatment, and low treatment costs.

The invention relates to a method for culturing shortcut nitrification granular sludge by combining the dual inhibition of free ammonia (FA) and free nitrous acid (FNA), and belongs to the technical field of the biological denitrification of wastewater. The method comprises the following steps of: inoculating flocculent active sludge to a sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and pumping wastewater which contains chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen and serves as inflow from the bottom of the reactor; after a liquid level is reached, starting a stirrer and a blast blower to perform aerobic nitration, degrading organic matters and oxidizing the ammonia nitrogen to form nitrites; after the nitration is finished, stopping aerating and stirring, precipitating to obtain supernatant containing the nitrites, and discharging sewage from a drainage valve, wherein in the culture conditions, the temperature of the reactor is between 25 and 30 DEG C, NaHCO3 solution is added after aeration is performed for 30 minutes, so that the pH value is kept between 7.5 and 8.0, dissolved oxygen is between 3 and 5 mg/L, upflow is provided at the speed of between 1.0 and 1.5 cm/s, and sludge age is between 12 and 15 days; and culturing for 30 to 50 days to obtain the shortcut nitrification granular sludge. By the method, the removal efficiency of a denitrification system can be improved effectively, oxygen supply and denitrification carbon sources can be saved, the yield of the sludge can be reduced, the volume of the reactor can be reduced, and the construction and operating cost can be saved.

The lasting and stable accumulation of the nitrite nitrogen is completed in two stages of biological aerated filter systems. The method comprises the following steps: step a. starting a first-stage biological aerated filter and a secondary-stage biological aerated filter, cleaning a filter material, soaking, forming a biofilm, commissioning and operating; b. preparing testing wastewater, and maintaining water temperature at 6 to 10 DEG C; c. enabling wastewater to flow out from a head tank and enter the first-stage biological aerated filter from below; and d. enabling yielding water of the first-stage biological aerated filter to enter the secondary-stage biological aerated filter from bottom to top in the same way. The nitration types of the two stages of biological aerated filter are nitrous acid-type nitration, the stable accumulation of NO2--N in the yielding water is shown, the accumulation rate is 63.2% to 79.8%, and the accumulation time is up to 30 to 35 days. The method has the advantages that the biofilm process adopting the two stages of biological aerated filters can be used for solving the problems of high energy consumption at a high temperature (30 to 40 DEG C), and sludge bulking under a low DO (Dissolved Oxygen) condition, and the effective removal of organic matters in wastewater with a low C/N ratio (less than 3) and the lasting and stable accumulation of NO2--N are realized.
