The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin, a mesoporous silica particle, and a solvent at a mass ratio of 100:(5-70):(100-2000) to obtain a suspension; (2) casting the suspension on a smooth and flat substrate to obtain a membrane by curing; (3) soaking the membrane in an ionic liquid to cause the membrane to adsorb the ionic liquid, wherein the mass of the ionic liquid adsorbed into the membrane is 10-80% of that of the perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin; and (4) removing the ionic liquid on the surface of the membrane adsorbed with the ionic liquid to obtain the organic/inorganic composite intermediate/high-temperature proton conductive membrane. The organic/inorganic composite intermediate/high-temperature proton conductive membrane prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high mechanical strength and good intermediate/high-temperature proton conductivity, the intermediate/high-temperature proton conductivity is more than 10<-3>S/cm, the tensile strength is higher than 6.0MPam and the preparation method facilitates wide application of the intermediate/high-temperature proton conductive membrane to the fields of fuel cell, catalysis, sensors and the like.
