Method for treating polymer flooding oil-extraction wastewater by employing organic modified sepiolite

The invention relates to the field of industrial water treatment and in particular relates to a method for treating polymer flooding oil-extraction wastewater by employing organic modified sepiolite. The method comprises the following steps: 1) acid activation, namely adding a sepiolite raw material into a hydrochloric acid solution, mixing, stirring, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain sepiolite powder subjected to acid activation; 2) thermal activation, namely roasting and dehydrating the sepiolite powder subjected to acid activation, and cooling and grinding to obtain sepiolite powder subjected to thermal activation; 3) organic modification, namely adding the sepiolite powder subjected to thermal activation into an ethanol aqueous solution of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, mixing, stirring, filtering, washing, drying and grinding to prepare the organic modified sepiolite powder; and 4) adsorption, namely regulating the pH value of the polymer flooding oil-extraction wastewater by using an acid, adding a water-soluble aluminum salt, adding the organic modified sepiolite powder obtained in the step 3) for adsorption, stirring or shaking, standing and settling. The sepiolite serves as a raw material and is low-price and readily available, the process for activation and modification of the sepiolite is simple, and the sepiolite is non-toxic and harmless, has an obvious adsorption effect, rapid in treatment and high in adsorption amount.

The invention discloses a carbocoal-based photo-catalytic oxidation fuel gas desulfurization and denitration agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized in that carbon-containing materials such as lignite carbocoal, anthracitic coal and bituminous coal carbocoal take amorphous or formed particle carbocoal, tetrabutyl titanate, absolute ethyl alcohol and the like as photo-catalyst active raw materials; firstly, the amorphous or formed particle carbocoal supports a photo-catalyst TiO2, transition metal oxide and the like through methods of ultrasonic activation of hydrogen peroxide, acid activation, alkaline activation and the like, and subsequently, the amorphous or formed particle carbocoal is activated by water vapour at a high temperature of 500-700 DEG C and then mechanically mixed with ZSM-5 or other NO adsorption molecular sieves, thereby finally obtaining the photo-catalytic desulfurization and denitration agent. The carbocoal-based photo-catalytic oxidation fuel gas desulfurization and denitration agent has the characteristics of extensive sources and low price of active carbocoal; after TiO2 is supported, the carbocoal-based photo-catalytic oxidation fuel gas desulfurization and denitration agent has the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort during denitration; the ZSM-5 and other NO absorption molecule sieves can play the role of capturing NO; the prepared catalyst can be used for removing NOx in fuel gas of coal-fired power plants, coal-fired boilers, coal-fired kilns and the like through a low-temperature photo-catalytic oxidation method at a temperature which is less than or equal to 110 DEG C; the prepared catalyst also can be used for removing NOx in ventilated gases generated in road tunnels, underground parking garages, street intersections and the like.

The invention provides a Ca-system phosphating solution for magnesium alloy surfaces which takes the water as the solvent. Each liter of the solution comprises: calcium biphosphate of 5 to 80 g, phosphoric acid of 2 to 15 ml, nitrate of 2 to 15 g and polyphosphate of 0.1 to 5 g. For the process using the Ca-system phosphating solution to make surface treatment to the magnesium alloy, the process flow is degreasing, bath, acid activation, pure bath, surface conditioning, pure bath, conversion treatment, pure bath and drying; wherein, the concrete procedures of the conversion treatment in the process flow are that: the magnesium alloy workpiece made a pre-treatment is dipped into the Ca-system phosphating solution for treatment, the working temperature of the workpiece is between 20 and 35 DEG C, the conversion treatment time is between 20 seconds to 5 minutes. With the Ca-system phosphating solution for magnesium alloy surfaces of the invention and the conversion process thereof, the obtained membrane has good corrosion resistance, can meet the requirement of environmental protection; the conversion treatment can be made under room temperature without need to be heated, and has small energy consumption.

The method is characterized in that the denitrfying agent is prepared from semi-coke through acid activation, alkali activation and high-temperature activation; the acid activation process comprises the following steps: mixing semi-coke particles with an acidic solution with the mass concentration of 5-85% in the liquid solid ratio of 0.5-5.0, processing the mixture at 30-100 DEG C for 0.5-8h, rinsing the product to be neutral and drying at 110 DEG C for 6h; the alkali activation process comprises the following steps: mixing the product of the acid activation process with an alkaline solution with the mass concentration of 5-85% in the liquid solid ratio of 0.5-5.0, processing the mixture at 30-100 DEG C for 0.5-8h, rinsing the product to be neutral and drying at 110 DEG C for 6h; and the high-temperature activation process comprises the following steps: roasting the product of the alkali activation process in N2 atmosphere with 0-10% of O2 for 1-8h under the conditions that the temperature is 500-800 DEG C, the airspeed is 50-1000h<-1> and the moisture content is 0-90%. The invention is characterized in that semi-coke has wide sources and cheap price and the prepared catalyst can be used in the low-temperature (not more than 110 DEG C) catalytic oxidation for removing NOx in the flue gas.
