This invention relates to the field of homogenizing agent preparation technology, and discloses a composite VOCs concentration homogenizing agent and its preparation method. The homogenizing agent is mainly composed of powdered
activated carbon, steam-
activated attapulgite clay, and modified diatomaceous earth, combined with a compound
molecular sieve,
lubricant, and binder. First, the attapulgite clay is activated at high temperature with saturated steam to obtain modified clay. Then, the diatomaceous earth is modified with phosphonic acid and rapidly composited with nano-ZrO2 and
mesoporous silica to obtain modified diatomaceous earth. Subsequently, the
powder components are dry-mixed uniformly, water is added to form a mold, and then the product is obtained through step
drying and heat preservation curing. This invention constructs an adsorption-slow-release synergistic multi-level porous structure through
steam activation to open pores, synergistic modification with phosphonic acid and nano-oxides, and compounding of multi-level porous components. This structure can significantly suppress drastic fluctuations in VOCs concentration, providing a stable and long-lasting homogenization effect, and is suitable for VOCs homogenization treatment under fluctuating
industrial waste gas concentration conditions.
