system resistance are difficult to balance, and separation of liquid drops with different particle sizes and
discharge of
impurity gas cannot be considered at the same time, the device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, the upper shell is divided into a rough
filtration cavity and a fine
filtration cavity through a longitudinal partition plate, and a radial flow guide
assembly and an I-shaped
impact separation
assembly are arranged in the rough
filtration cavity; a
cyclone separator with an inner cylinder is arranged in the fine filtration cavity, and the lower shell forms a
water collection cavity; a gas-liquid mixture is drained to the
impact separation
assembly through the flow guide assembly to be separated into large liquid drops and then enters the
cyclone separator to be separated into small liquid drops through
centrifugal force, separated liquid converges into the
water collection cavity, and the gas outlet cavity controls
impurity gas to be discharged through the
hydrogen concentration sensor. The liquid drops with different particle sizes are efficiently separated, the
system resistance is reduced, the
hydrogen purity is ensured to meet the requirement, the hydrogen recycling rate is improved, and the device is suitable for a
hydrogen supply circulating system of a
hydrogen fuel cell engine.
