tower (T0101) at the same time; and checking whether the filler in the dehydrating
tower is blocked or not, and cleaning if the filler is blocked. By optimizing key process parameters of a dehydrating
tower (T0101) and a separating tower (T0102) and combining step-by-step adjustment of an operation process, dual goals of up-to-standard
discharge of
wastewater and efficient
recovery of raw materials are achieved, the tower top temperature of the dehydrating tower is set to be 92 DEG C, the tower kettle temperature is set to be 130 DEG C, the feeding amount is set to be 0.178 m < 3 > / h, the
reflux ratio is set to be 5, the tower top temperature of the separating tower is set to be 127 DEG C, the tower kettle temperature is set to be 200 DEG C, the feeding amount is set to be 0.152 m < 3 > / h, and the
reflux ratio is set to be 5. The method has the advantages that the content of organic matters in the
wastewater can be controlled within a standard range by matching with specific start-stop and regulation processes, the
recovery rates of
morpholine and
dodecanol are obviously improved, the
energy consumption is reduced, the existing rectification system does not need to be massively transformed, and the method can be directly applied to industrial production.
