The method further includes esterifying a first mixture including octadecanoic acid, octadec-9-enoic acid, and octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid with caffeic acid in the presence of an acid catalyst and a solvent to form an unsaturated carboxylic acid mixture including first, second, and third acrylic acid derivatives. The method includes reacting the unsaturated carboxylic acid mixture with ethylene glycol to form a second mixture including first, second, and third ester derivatives. The method further includes mixing the AgNPs with the second mixture to form a third mixture. The method includes evaporating water from the third mixture to form the silver nanohybrid material. The silver nanohybrid material includes a AgNP core covered with the first, second, and third ester derivatives bonded to the AgNP core.

The present invention relates to an alcoholic beer having an ethanol content of at least 1% ABV and containing 9 (S), 12 (S), 13 (S)-trihydroxy-10 (E)-octadecenoic acid (TOA) and free amino nitrogen (FAN) in a ratio of less than 0.035 mg TOA / mg FAN. The inventors have found that aging of alcohol-containing beer during storage can be retarded by selectively removing 9 (S), 12 (S), 13 (S)-trihydroxy-10 (E)-octadecenoic acid (TOA) from wort prior to fermentation. Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for preparing beer, comprising the following consecutive steps:-providing wort; -contacting the wort with a ZSM-5 zeolite; -separating the treated wort from the ZSM-5 zeolite; -fermenting the treated wort with a yeast to produce a fermented wort having an alcohol content of at least 1% ABV; and-separating the yeast from the fermented wort.
