The invention relates to a biological pesticide insecticide field, and especially relates to a bait of a cockroach biological pesticide using avermectin and boric acid as main raw materials and consisting of avermectin, boric acid, cooked soybean powder, potassium sorbate, glycerol, vaseline, xanthan gum and sesame oil. The bait of the cockroach biological pesticide is obtained through crushing, sieving, stirring, dissolving and loading and is advantaged by high efficiency, low toxicity and low cost. The raw materials selected in the invention are all green environmental-friendly original reagents with no pollution. The product of the invention is advantaged by high efficiency and low toxicity, convenient in usage, low in price, less in amount, easy in getting the raw materials and obvious in pesticide effect on cockroaches including German cockroach. The two main raw materials of the product in the invention are avermectin and boric acid having a corresponding co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of 166.384. The product of the invention is suitable for being used in places such as residences, office buildings, warehouses, hotels, etc.
