intestinal cell iron death of piglets. It is found that the caprylic capric glycerides have a regulating effect on
intestinal cell iron death of piglets, and feeding piglets with products containing the caprylic capric glycerides can relieve or inhibit intestinal epithelial
cell iron death of piglets, protect the
intestinal morphology and function of piglets, and relieve or inhibit
intestinal cell iron death of piglets induced by
Escherichia coli K88. Feeding piglets with feed products containing the caprylic capric glycerides can positively regulate the jejunal villus height and the ratio of the jejunal villus height to the crypt depth of piglets, the
ultrastructure of the jejunal of piglets, the
protein expression amount of the
tight junction protein ZO-1 of the jejunal of piglets, the contents of 4-HNE, GPX4, MDA and GSH in the jejunal of piglets, and the
protein expression amount of the iron death
signal path
related factors (FTH1, GPX4, SLC3A2 and TFR1) of the jejunal of piglets, and can positively and comprehensively protect the intestinal health of piglets.
