phosphorus environment and a preparation method of the avian
pathogenic escherichia coli strain. According to the strain, the integrity of an LPS map can be achieved under the
phosphorus concentration of 20-200 [mu] M, the transcription levels of rmlB, rmlD, rmlA, fdtA, fetB, rmlC, wzy, wegR and wegS genes are up-regulated, and the transcription level of rfaH is up-regulated; the strain is named as DE17-
delta phoB, the preservation number is CGMCC (China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.36537, the strain is preserved in the China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center, and the preservation time is November 7, 2025. It is found that PhoB is phosphorylated in a low-
phosphorus environment, and an O-
antigen gene cluster is regulated and controlled to participate in O-
antigen synthesis, so that the low-phosphorus
extreme environment is resisted; meanwhile, PhoB and RfaH are also found to regulate and control the O-
antigen and maintain the transcription stability of the O-antigen so as to cope with environmental changes. The invention provides a corresponding research basis for prevention and treatment of avian
pathogenic escherichia coli in the future.
