The preparation method comprises the following steps: with a mixed system of water and an organic solvent as a disperse medium, reacting a metal salt solution with aqueous alkali to produce zinc/copper hydroxide, fully dispersing the zinc/copper hydroxide in a dispersant and then carrying out filtering and drying so as to obtain high-dispersibility zinc/copper hydroxide; subjecting soft and hard monomers of acrylic acid to free radical polymerization under the action of an initiator at a constant temperature so as to produce an acrylic prepolymer containing a carboxyl group; and reacting the acrylic prepolymer obtained in the previous step with the dispersed zinc/copper hydroxide under the action of an organic acid at a constant temperature so as to prepare the zinc/copper acrylate resin with hydrolysis characteristics. According to the invention, the zinc/copper hydroxide prepared in the invention has good dispersibility and no agglomeration and needs short reaction time during reaction with the acrylic prepolymer, so cost is low, and original equipment does not need to be improved.

The obtained modified TFC film has anti-adhesion and bacteriostasis effects, and can effectively control the biological pollution of the film. The atom transfer radical polymerization reaction is adopted for grafting of the zwitterionic polymer, large controllability is achieved, the graft length and density of the organic polymer can be controlled by adjusting and controlling parameters, and the properties of pollution resistance and mass transfer of the film are further optimized.

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a blank; (2) grafting the fibronectin or basic fibroblast growth factors on the surface of the neck part of the blank; (3) soaking the root part of the blank into a decafluoro-naphthalene solution to etch for 0.5-1 hour, and then putting the blank into nano hydroxyapatite powder to adhere a layer of nano hydroxyapatite particles; and (4) soaking the root of the blank in nano hydroxyapatite slurry doped with Ag<+> or Zn<2+> for 1-3 hours. The poly(ether-ether-ketone) / nano hydroxyapatite dental implant provided by the invention ensures that the elastic modulus of the dental implant is matched with human bone tissues, and the dental implant has high bioactivity and continuous antibacterial ability and can improve the long-term success rate of implantation.
