Application of subprostrate alkali in preparation of melanoma immunotherapy medicine

The invention discloses an application of subprostrate alkali in preparation of a melanoma immunotherapy drug, and relates to the technical field of medicines, and the subprostrate alkali is used for immunotherapy of melanoma by down-regulating the PD-1 protein level in T cells. Downregulation of the PD-1 protein level in T cells is realized by promoting ubiquitination of PD-1 through subprostrate alkali and inducing degradation of PD-1 through an endosome-lysosome way; the subprostrate alkali inhibits growth of melanoma by enhancing immune killing ability of T cells on melanoma cells and promoting immune infiltration of the T cells, can effectively promote ubiquitination modification of PD-1 protein in the T cells and induce degradation of the PD-1 protein in an endosome-lysosome way, so that the protein expression level of PD-1 is remarkably reduced, and the subprostrate alkali can be used for preparing a medicine for treating melanoma. The action does not depend on gene transcriptional regulation, the subprostrate alkali can obviously enhance the immune killing ability of the T cells to melanoma cells, and the survival rate of the tumor cells is obviously reduced in a co-culture system.
