The
end milling cutter comprises a cutter body and an oscillating
heat pipe, the cutter body comprises a cutter
handle and a cutter head which are arranged in the axial direction, a plurality of heat dissipation grooves extending in the axial direction are formed in the outer wall of the cutter
handle, the heat dissipation grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the cutter
handle at intervals, and the oscillating
heat pipe comprises a contact section and a heat dissipation section which are communicated in the axial direction; the contact sections are correspondingly attached and embedded into the heat dissipation grooves and extend towards the
tool bit along the heat dissipation grooves, the heat dissipation sections protrude out of the contact sections outwards through the bent parts and are arranged at intervals with the tool handle in the radial direction, and the oscillation heat pipes are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and fixedly connected to the tool handle through the fixing
assembly. According to the
end mill disclosed by the invention, the oscillating
heat pipe is arranged on the cutter handle, so that the
end mill can utilize
phase change of the oscillating heat
pipe to circularly and continuously dissipate heat during
cutting, the temperature of the cutter head is quickly reduced when the temperature of the cutter head is increased, and the phenomenon that the cutter head is damaged due to over-high temperature during material
cutting of the
end mill is avoided. And the use of the material is influenced by such defects as layering and burrs of the
cut material.
