This invention relates to the field of magnetic pump technology, and discloses a high-flow-rate self-priming
fluoropolymer-lined magnetic pump, including a base, a
servo motor and a
volute housing on the base, and a shearing disc inside the
volute housing. The bottom of the
volute housing is recessed downwards between the inlet and outlet pipes to form an expansion cavity. Multiple pressure regulating plates are arranged obliquely along the direction from the inlet to the outlet
pipe inside the expansion cavity, so that the material is pressurized in
multiple stages before flowing to the outlet
pipe. An inwardly recessed inner
flare is located at the outlet
pipe, and an adaptive adjustment structure is provided at the inner
flare. A shearing disc is located on the front side of the
impeller. Through the synergistic action of the internally and externally staggered arc-shaped shearing plates, the central conical protrusion, and the arc-shaped shearing cavity,
solid particles, fibers, and flocculent materials in the medium are subjected to high-speed
impact, shearing, tearing, and fine crushing, solving the problem of
foreign matter entanglement on the
impeller wall and blockage of the flow channel, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the pump body in the transportation of high-flow-rate media containing impurities.
