bag filter dust collection mechanism, a control mechanism, and a seat. The movable end of the angle adjustment mechanism is connected to an electric slide and a drilling mechanism. Each mechanism is connected to the control mechanism, and the drilling mechanism is connected to the
bag filter dust collection mechanism. The drilling mechanism includes a
drill cylinder, which is equipped with a drive unit, a fixed
drill bit at the front end, and a
tail end connected to the
bag filter dust collection mechanism via a connecting part. Inside the
drill cylinder, from the
drill bit to the connecting part, are sequentially arranged a crushing part, a
grinding part, and a dust collection part. This invention employs dry dust removal, eliminating the need for a
water source. The angle adjustment mechanism enables multi-angle drilling,
electromagnetic drive ensures drilling stability, and the coordinated operation of each mechanism improves the device's applicability and drilling efficiency, reduces
dust pollution, and meets the drilling requirements for tunnel blasting construction.
