The invention discloses a low-power-consumption comparator applied to a pipelined ADC. The low-power-consumption comparator comprises a first-stage pre-amplification circuit, a second-stage amplification circuit and a latch circuit, wherein the first-stage pre-amplification circuit is composed of three PMOS pipes and two NMOS pipes, the tail current pipe and the load pipe of the first-stage pre-amplification circuit work under the control of a sampling clock, and the first-stage pre-amplification circuit outputs to the second-stage amplification circuit for further amplifying; the first-stage pre-amplification circuit opens when the falling edge of the sampling clock arrives, turns off when the falling edge of the sampling clock ends, completes latching before the maintenance phase arrives, and completes comparison operation by using the non-overlapped time of the two phases; and the second-stage amplification circuit resets the latch circuit when sampling, and further amplifies the output signal of the first-stage pre-amplification circuit and sends the amplified signal to the latch circuit. Compared with the traditional comparator, the comparator provided by the invention has the advantage of low zero static power consumption.

The invention discloses a lightweight partition board maintenance method which comprises a steam maintenance phase and maintenance phase after demolding; the steam maintenance phase comprises the following steps of sending a forming mold into which a lightweight partition board mixing material is injected to a steam maintenance room, dividing the phase into a temperature raising phase, a constanttemperature phase and a cooling phase according to the temperatures, performing the three phases of the temperature raising phase, the constant temperature phase and the cooling phase for maintenancefor 20-24h, then performing demolding, and entering the maintenance phase after demolding, wherein the temperature raising phase is also sequentially divided into three phases, in a first phase, a temperature is raised to 30-35 DEG C, a relative humidity is 70-80 percent, and heat preservation is performed for 20-25min; in a second phase, the temperature is raised to 45-55 DEG C, a relative humidity is 80-85 percent, and heat preservation is performed for 10-15min; and in a third phase, the temperature is raised to 50-60 DEG C, a relative humidity is 80-85 percent, and the constant temperaturephase is entered. The maintenance method is simple in process and low in cost, solves the problems of low strength, poor water resistance, buckling deformation, internal cracking and the like of a partition board and is worthy of popularization.
