The invention discloses an objectification power grid topology analysis method for generating a black-start scheme. The method is used for improving the performance of a black-start decision supporting system. According to the technical scheme, each factory station in the system is adopted as an object in the method, global topology analysis is carried out with the factory station objects as basic units, then each factory station object is adopted as a small system, local topology analysis is carried out in the factory station objects, and then the topology results of two levels are integrated. Each factory station in the system is adopted as one object, the topology process of the power system is clearly divided into the two levels, namely, global topology and local topology, and the method is high in efficiency, good in effectiveness, high in systematicness, simple in program implementation, capable of generating a recovery path in the back-start process conveniently, and suitable for the topology analysis of the large-scale power system.
