A method provides a stimulating effect of an electromagnetic field to metabolic processes in tissues of an organism, that result in positive shifts of a functional state of regulatory systems. On a contactless electromagnetic action to members of a vascular system, biomechanical, bioelectrical and bioresonant processes in the vascular system control the tone of a vascular wall with a high degree of selectivity. The method and device allow to reduce treatment periods, post-operative and other types of rehabilitation due to a deep contactless interaction of biological tissues of a patient, provided by sensor fields of the organism at an information level, with low-frequency electromagnetic fields that are created by the inventive device with special bioadequate parameters relative to dynamic (that is, time and shape parameters), amplitude and geometric-spatial properties. The invention discloses an orientation electro-spinning nanometer fiber spinning method and a device thereof. A metal shower nozzle which exerts positive and negative high pressure is adopted to spin two strands of nanometer fibers with opposite charges, an electric field line of a spinning electric field, relative to a common spinning electric field, is straight, stability of spinning is effectively restrained, and the spinning nanometer fibers are straight. Two strands of the fibers surround the yarn tail and form a cone-shaped twisting trigonum on the upper portion of a metal twisting machine, and enable the nanometer fibers to be further oriented and twisted to form yarn through electric field force, tractive force of the yarn and acting force of the metal twisting force. The spinning nanometer fiber yarn is conducted heat shaping through a heat processing device under certain tensile force, degree of orientation of the nanometer fibers along the axial direction of the yarn, breaking force and yarn levelness are further improved, and the yarn after shaped is collected by a winding bobbin. The device can achieve the aim that orientation nanometer fiber yarn can be continuously prepared, is simple in device, convenient to operate, and good in resultant yarn continuity, yarn breaking strength and yarn levelness, and not only can spin pure nanometer fiber yarn, but also can spin nanometer fibers / filament core composite yarn. According to the technical scheme, the color image collection device based on the gray level sensor and the color image sensor is composed of the gray level sensor, the color image sensor, an adder and a color image generator, wherein the adder is used for conducting weighting addition on the luminance information provided by the gray level sensor and the luminance information collected by the color image sensor, and luminance information obtained through the adder and chrominance information obtained through the color image sensor are converted to be in a required chrominance space through the color image generator so that the new color image can be generated. The color image collection device is mainly applied to design and manufacturing of the image sensors.

Method and apparatus for mura detection and metrology

The invention addresses the lack of comprehensive and quantitative methods for measurements of unwanted visual “mura” effects in displays and image sensors. Mura is generated by errors that are significantly smaller than what is needed for the function of the device, and sometimes smaller than the random variations in the patterns or structures. Capturing essentially all mura defects in a workpiece in a short time requires a daunting combination of sensitivity, statistical data reduction and speed. The invention devices an inspection method, e.g. optical, which maximizes the sensitivity to mura effects and suppresses artifacts from the mura inspection hardware itself and from noise. It does so by scanning the sensor, e.g. a high-resolution camera, creating a region of high internal accuracy across the mura effects. One important example is for mura related to placement errors, where a stage with better than 10 nanometer precision within a 100 mm range is created. A sampling scheme reduces the data volume and separates between instrument errors and real defects based on their different geometrical signatures. The high-resolution camera scans sparse lines at an angle to the dominating directions of expected mura defects, creating extended sensor fields with high internal precision, and quantifying edge placements in small windows in said extended fields. The mura is classified and presented as type, location and severity.

In one embodiment, the sensor system has at least one transmitter block having a plurality of transmitters capable of selectively transmitting ultrasonic signals and at least one receiver block having a plurality of receivers capable of generating receiver output signals in response to the receivers receiving at least a portion of the ultrasonic signals transmitted by the at least one transmitter block. The receiver block is spaced a distance from the transmitter block so as to define a sensor field of view therebetween whereby at least a portion of the at least one web material traveling along a predetermined travel path interferes with at least a portion of the ultrasonic signals transmitted by the at least one transmitter block. The receiver output signals generated by the at least one receiver block is indicative of the position of the web of material as the same is moved along the travel path between the transmitter block and the receiver block. In an alternative embodiment, the functions of the at least one transmitter block and the at least one receiver block are performed essentially equivalently by at least one transceiver block and at least one reflector.

The invention discloses an implementation method of three-dimensional integrated circuit based on SOI disk. The method includes: etching removing the SOI device layer which perpendicularly interconnects with the silicon (SOI) disk on the insulator manufacturing the integrated circuit; utilizing the organic polymer to temporarily bond the SOI disk on the supplementary disk so as to remove the displacing the SOI layer to the supplementary disk by the SOI disk substrate; utilizing the organic polymer to implement the back to front permanent bonding of temporary displacing the SOI disk with another bottom disk manufacturing the integrated circuit so as to form the stack disks; front etching the silicon dioxide layer and the permanent bonding layer form the stack disks and filling metal for implementing the perpendicular interconnection of the SOI layer disk with the bottom disk. The invention manufactures the perpendicular interconnection on the insulating position so as to solve the problem that the lateral wall of the deep hole is insulating, and reduces the manufacturing degree of difficulty of the three-dimensional integration. The method can be used in integrated circuit and micro sensor field for implementing three-dimensional integration of the back to front bonding of the multilayer chip.
