A high-speed ring topology. In one embodiment, two base chip types are required: a "drawing" chip, LoopDraw, and an "interface" chip, LoopInterface. An atrioventricular delay (AVD) for cardiac pacing therapy is determined based, at least in part, on one or more cardiac activation signals sensed using body-implantable electrodes providing non-local sensing.
