The invention discloses a self-adaptive layering method in 3D (three-dimensional) printing. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a maximal allowed layer thickness and a minimal allowed layer thickness according to a corresponding 3D printing device; obtaining an SLC file of an entity to be processed according to the minimal allowed thickness; reading the SCL file to obtain each layer outline information of the entity; reserving a first layer outline, and setting an initial value i to be 2; calculating an intersected polygonal set between the ith layer outline and the reserved first layer outline; calculating the area ratio parameter and average distance parameter, and judging whether the ith layer outline is reserved or not according to the area ratio parameter and the average distance parameter and t he maximal allowed layer thickness; returning to step 5 if the value of i is not greater than the layering number n of the entity when i is plus one; otherwise, ending the calculation, and outputting the self-adaptive layering result of the entity. The robustness is strong, the method is applicable to different models of different shapes and particularly effective for the large-sized model with a complicated structure; meanwhile, the method is simple, good in universality and more easily embedded into the 3D printing device so as to realize the commercialization.

Compared with the existing positive electrode material, the modified high nickel ternary positive electrode material is provided with the coating layer containing the fast ion conductor and the coating layer can react with residual lithium on the surface of the material to reduce residual lithium on the surface of the material and inhibit side reactions of the residual lithium and the electrolyte so that material surface stability and cycle performances are improved. The modified high nickel ternary positive electrode material has good lithium ion deintercalation ability, improves the first discharge capacity of the material and first coulombic efficiency and has a good application prospect. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the modified high nickel ternary positive electrode material and a lithium ion battery.
