The invention relates to the field of novel biomedical materials, in particular to a bioactive
silicon regenerative medical material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises a scaffoldwhich is formed by accumulating nanoscale
silicon dioxide particles and has a porous structure, and
calcium and
phosphorus elements which are uniformly distributed in the
scaffold, and is a
calcium phosphosilicate compound with
biological activity, wherein the specific surface area is 200-350 m <2> / g; the material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mole: 28.5 to 81 percentof SiO2, 2.7 to 14.0 percent of P2O5 and 16.2 to 57.5 percent of CaO. The material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 75 parts of
silicon dioxide
sol, 5 to 15 parts of
phosphate esters, 0.01 to 0.2 part of a surfactant, 15 to 50 parts of
calcium-containing salt and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a pH
regulator. According to the method, the problems that a
solvent is requiredto be used in the process of synthesizing the bioactive silicon regenerative medical material by taking tetraethoxysilane and the like as silicon precursors, the
solvent is difficult to recover, theproduction period is long, and the
corrosion of a catalyst to equipment is large are solved; in addition, the
silicon dioxide sol with a large specific surface area is introduced, so that the bioactive silicon regenerative medical material with a larger specific surface area is synthesized, and the
biological activity is stronger.
