The invention provides a trunk rotation angle measuring method, device and equipment, belongs to the field of data processing, and is applied to a trunk rotation angle measuring system which is in communication connection with a color depth camera. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a color image and a depth image collected by a color depth camera for a target object in a forward bending state; constructing a three-dimensional model of the back area of the target object based on the color map and the depth map; contour lines at the key points are extracted along a trunk extension line of the three-dimensional model, one end of the trunk extension line of the three-dimensional model is close to the head of the target object, and the other end of the trunk extension line of the three-dimensional model is far away from the head of the target object; and determining a trunk rotation angle of the target object based on a fitting straight line obtained by performing straight line fitting on the contour lines at the key points. According to the scheme, the measurement accuracy of the trunk rotation angle of the target object can be improved.
