This varnish is however highly viscous and thus difficult to handle or mechanically process. The present disclosure provides a solution to this handling problem by the addition of soft poly(vinyl butyral) having a lower concentration of plasticizer to the varnish. until a product is obtained having a sufficiently low concentration of plasticizer to render the product capable of mechanical processing. for example pelletizing. The resulting product can then be utilized to form soft poly(vinyl butyral) sheets, thereby improving the recyclability of scrap multilayer poly(vinyl butyral) materials.

The anti-fouling and wear-resistant matte varnish is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 to 35 parts of modified amino resin, 25 to 30 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin, 5 to 15 parts of mixed resin, 8 to 12 parts of a nano wear-resistant and anti-fouling aid, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a flatting agent, 2 to 5 parts of matting powder, 0.2 to 0.5 part of an anti-floating aid, 30 to 40 parts of a solvent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a closed acid catalyst. The anti-fouling and wear-resistant matte varnish prepared by the invention has high adhesive force on the surface of a plastic part, realizes synergistic balance among weather resistance, wear resistance and fouling resistance, and has excellent comprehensive performance under complex working conditions.
