Method for preparing epoxidized soybean oil or epoxy fatty acid methyl (ethyl) ester through catalysis of organic rhenium oxide-urea peroxide

The invention discloses a method for preparing epoxidized soybean oil or epoxy fatty acid methyl (ethyl) ester through the catalysis of organic rhenium oxide-urea peroxide, which belongs to the technical field of liquid-phase catalytic epoxidation. The method utilizes a biomass material, namely soybean oil or unsaturated fatty acid methyl (ethyl) ester, adopts organic rhenium oxide as a catalyst, utilizes urea peroxide to react to synthesize the epoxidized soybean oil or the epoxy fatty acid methyl (ethyl) ester under the conditions without carboxylic acid and protonic acid, and avoids the use of strong acid catalysts during the epoxidation, so the method has small corrosion on equipment; the method avoids the use of the carboxylic acid, makes the post-treatment simple, and has no wastewater; and the method ensures that the process has simple operation, meets the requirement of epoxidized clean production, and is environment-friendly. The product can be taken as a plasticizer to be widely applied to nontoxic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products and transparent PVC products, namely industrialized products such as transparent bottles, transparent boxes, food and drug packing materials, medical PVC 'blood transfusion bags', environment-friendly photocurable coatings and the like.

Chemiluminescent substrate solution

The invention provides a chemiluminescent substrate solution, which comprises the following components: 0.2-1.2g/L of Luminol, 0.1-5g/L of cinnamic acid, 0.05-0.6g/L of 4-iodophenylboronic acid, 0.05-0.6 g/L of p-iodophenol, 5-50ml/L of dimethylformamide (DMF), 2.5-7.5 g/L of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 5-15g/L of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), 1.5-5g/L of polyethylene glycol 600 (PEC -600), 1-10g/L of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), 400,000-4,000,000 unit/L of gentamicin sulfate, 0.1-1.0g/L of carbamide peroxide and 0.1mol/L of tris buffer solution with a pH vale being 9.0. The chemiluminescent substrate solution is a solution which can be directly used, and maintains wide linear detection range, good stability and high sensitivity, thus solving the problem that a traditional chemiluminescent substrate solution consists of a solution A and a solution B which are stored separately; and after the solution A and the solution B are isovolumetrically mixed for 10 minutes, signal values are decreased sharply, the detection range is narrowed and the stability is poor. In addition, the chemiluminescent substrate solution provided by the invention is easy to prepare, low in cost and simple to operate, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic and harmless to human bodies and the like.

Multi-film delivery system for multi-component teeth whitening, desensitization and remineralization

A multi-film delivery system for a multi-component tooth whitening, desensitization and remineralization composition is disclosed which comprises a first orally dissolvable film made of a liquid-soluble or liquid dispersible polymer system containing a peroxide activation compound or complex and desensitizing agents and/or remineralizing agents and/or anti-inflammatory agents, and a separate second undissolvable film containing a tooth whitening peroxide compound, such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, stabilizers and thickeners, and/or desensitizing agents and/or remineralizing agents and/or anti-inflammatory agents, which, when applied together on teeth surfaces, the peroxide activation compound/complex on the first film activates the peroxide compound on the second film, and accelerates the release of active bleaching radicals for accelerated whitening action. The first and second films are maintained separate from one another until application. The first orally dissolvable film is placed on a surface of the tooth, then immediately hydrates thereby becoming gelatinous upon contact with saliva, and initiates its adhesiveness, the second undissolvable film is then placed on top of the first orally dissolvable film, the peroxide activation compound/complex on the first film reacts with the tooth whitening peroxygen compound on the second film and accelerates the release of active bleaching radicals for rapid whitening action. The dissolution of the first dissolvable film is controlled by interaction with the fluid or liquid contained in the whitening composition on the second undissolvable film.
