arsenic precipitation post-liquid. According to the method, the causticized
arsenic precipitation post-liquid is subjected to reselection separation, the
calcium arsenate which is highly suspended, low in
calcium arsenate content and extremely fine, difficult to filter and has the particle size smaller than 10 microns in the post-liquid is removed in advance and is not introduced into a filtering
system, the filtering pressure of the causticized
arsenic precipitation post-liquid is greatly reduced, the filtering efficiency is improved, the filtering
energy consumption is reduced, and the extremely fine
calcium arsenate can be returned to serve as a
seed crystal; causticization arsenic precipitation operation is promoted; the method comprises the following steps: separating a
calcium arsenate product from which extremely fine
calcium arsenate is removed by adopting a shaking table to obtain narrow-fraction
calcium arsenate with different particle sizes, and carrying out grading and
solid-liquid separation, so that calcium arsenate filter residues with
high calcium arsenate content and low
water content are obtained, and the amount of residues returned to a
smelting system can be effectively reduced; and high-quality alkaline filtrate with low
impurity content is obtained,
