The invention provides a method for efficiently recovering copper and cobalt from high-calcium-magnesium copper sulphide concentrate by wet leaching, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing raw materials; pre-leaching is carried out; separating by a thickener; performing oxygen pressure leaching; performing solid-liquid separation; and drying and weighing the leaching liquid and the leaching residues, and calculating the leaching rate. The combined process route of acid leaching pre-removal of calcium and magnesium and oxygen pressure leaching of copper aims to create optimal conditions for subsequent oxygen pressure leaching through selective pre-removal of calcium and magnesium, so that the treatment problem of the high-calcium-magnesium copper sulphide concentrate is systematically solved.

A method for pre-tailings removal and flotation-based deep purification of high-calcium-magnesium rhodochrosite belongs to the field of mineral processing technology. This invention utilizes X-ray intelligent separation technology to pre-remove ores with high calcium and magnesium content. The pre-selected ore is then finely crushed and ground, followed by the removal of non-magnetic substances using a magnetic field to obtain a magnetic concentrate. The magnetic concentrate is then subjected to rough reverse reverse flotation and fine reverse reverse flotation. By adjusting the pH value of the pulp during the reverse flotation process and using different collectors, the content of calcium and magnesium impurities is further removed, improving the purity of the concentrate. This invention, through multi-stage separation and flotation processes, successfully removes calcium and magnesium impurities, improves the grade and recovery rate of manganese concentrate, and provides high-quality raw materials for subsequent leaching operations.
