The application discloses a manufacturing process of a
calcium carbide furnace
nonmetal discharging column, and comprises the following steps: S1), preparing materials: high-aluminum
cement, fused
corundum particles (Al2O3 is greater than or equal to 85%, and the particle size is less than or equal to 5 mm),
silicon carbide powder (SiC is greater than or equal to 80%, and the
sieve residue of 0.045 mm is not greater than 20%), and
silicon nitride powder (Si3N4 is greater than or equal to 80%, and the
sieve residue of 0.045 mm is not greater than 20%); S2), manufacturing a mold and a steel reinforcement cage; S3), mixing: the high-aluminum
cement, the fused
corundum, the
silicon carbide and the
silicon nitride are mixed at a ratio of 5:75:15:5, water is added at 4%-6% of the weight of the mixture, and the mixture is stirred, mixed and then left to stand; S4), pouring: a layer of
plastic film is laid on the inner wall of the mold, the steel reinforcement cage is placed in the
plastic film, 2% water is added to the
casting material after standing, and the
casting material is stirred and then slowly poured into the mold cavity; and S5),
drying: the mold is opened after
air drying. The application has the advantages of convenient manufacturing, good insulation performance of the product, low cost, excellent comprehensive performance, long service life, improved
calcium carbide furnace operation rate, and convenient installation and dismounting.
