impurity-reducing and quality-improving flotation method for
arsenic-containing and lead-containing low-grade
copper ore and application, and the flotation method is specifically used for separating and recycling
pyrite minerals of the ore through primary ore
grinding, two times of roughing, at least two times of
scavenging, secondary ore
grinding and at least five times of concentration. Two-stage roughing is matched with staged precise dosing, agent waste is avoided, it is guaranteed that slow-floating target minerals enter fine selection,
gangue inclusion is reduced, and the grade and the
recovery rate are improved; and a collecting agent hydrophobic membrane on the surface of the mineral is removed through secondary
grinding, the
monomer dissociation degree is improved, favorable conditions are created for
impurity inhibition, and the separation precision is optimized. The high-selectivity
copper collecting agent is matched with a lead and
sulfur combined inhibitor, the problem that the effect of a single inhibitor is poor is solved,
galena,
iron sulfide and
arsenopyrite are synergistically inhibited, and the content of lead and
arsenic is greatly reduced. The agent is nontoxic and environment-friendly, equipment blockage and
corrosion are reduced, the
wastewater treatment cost and the environmental influence are reduced, and the unification of quality improvement, efficiency improvement,
environmental protection and economy is realized.
