It is a heteropolysaccharide consisting of β-d-glucose (G) and β-d-mannose (M), with a G/M ratio of 1 to 1.6. Konjac mannan contains very small amounts of acetyl groups and the viscosity of its aqueous solution is quite high.

The invention discloses a biomimetic mineralized adhesive film prepared from polymer film forming material-loaded ACP and an in-vitro induction remineralization method. One or more of polymer film forming materials such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, chitosan and konjac glucomannan are added into an ethanol aqueous solution or pure water or anhydrous ethanol, one or more stable ACPs of polyelectrolytes such as polyacrylic acid and polyaspartic acid are added into the sol after complete swelling for sol slurry formation, one or more of non-collagen analogues such as glutamic acid and citric acid are added into the mixed sol, the mixture is uniformly stirred so that all the bubbles are removed, a glass slide is uniformly coated with a thin layer of the mixture, and the glass slide with the mixture is put into an oven and is dried and cooled so that the film is formed. The polymer film-forming material carries ACP so that the biomimetic mineralized adhesive film is obtained. The biomimetic mineralized adhesive film can be dried and stored for a long time, can induce re-mineralization of recombinant type I collagen, demineralized enamel and dentin, is easy to use, has a low cost and can be attached to any tooth position needing to be mineralized. The method provides a novel technical method for remineralization repair.

The invention discloses a high hard water resistance fountain solution with kappa-carrageenan-konjac glucomannan. The high hard water resistance fountain solution with kappa-carrageenan-konjac glucomannan comprises, by weight, 70-85 parts of water, 10-15 parts of kappa-carrageenan, 6-10 parts of konjac glucomannan, 3-6 parts of tea polyphenol, 2-5 parts of turkey red oil, 1-3 parts of sorbitol, 3-6 parts of pH modifier, 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, and 1-3 parts of compound additive. According to the high hard water resistance fountain solution with kappa-carrageenan-konjac glucomannan, the kappa-carrageenan is compounded with the konjac glucomannan, hydrophilic filmogen is obtained, durability of water films is improved, and good madefaction and permeability are achieved when the fountain solution is used; a kappa-carrageenan-konjac glucomannan-tea polyphenol microballoon has the characteristics that an average grain diameter is thin and the tea polyphenol releases slowly; the release of the tea polyphenol is delayed when the fountain solution is used , the inoxidizability of the tea polyphenol is greatly improved, and the using stability of the fountain solution is ensured; and in addition, the fountain solution has good hard water resistance, is applicable to running water coming from various sources, and has no corrosivity on equipment.
