The laser sintering sand consists of a first component and a second component which are evenly mixed, the first component consists of a first type of raw sand with the coefficient of angularity of less than 1.3, thermosetting resin and additives, wherein the thermosetting resin and the additives are coated on the surface of the first type of the raw sand; and the second component consists of a second type of raw sand with the coefficient of angularity of less than 1.1, a thermoplastic material and the additives, wherein the thermoplastic material and the additives are coated on the surface of the second type of the raw sand. The adoption of the laser sintering sand does not need to add an auxiliary support structure during the laser sintering process, thereby improving the molding efficiency and reducing the manual intervention; and the any complex sand core can be manufactured without using a mold, and the sand core simultaneously has high sintering initial strength and can meet the requirements on the thermal strength and the gas-generating capacity of the sand core during the metal casting process.

Epichlorohydrin-based polymers containing primary amino groups used as additives in papermaking

Disclosed is a method for manufacture and application of a polymeric papermaking additive, which can be used in paper manufacture as an agent for improving retention, drainage, product strength and paper machine operation. The additive according to this disclosure is a polymer of epichlorohydrin and contains primary amino groups. Under neutral or acidic conditions these primary amino groups become cationic, which assures good adsorption of the polymer onto anionic fibres and fines of pulps used for production of paper or paperboard. By adsorbing on several fibres or fines, the polymer can increase the retention of fines and fillers. Primary amino groups of this polymer can also form chemical bonds with carbonyl groups of cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose, which are especially abundant in the fibres and fines of mechanical pulps. The cross-linking of fibres and fines by chemical bonds can increase the initial strength of wet web and the strength of rewetted paper. Mechanical pulps contain high negative charge and tend to deactivate many conventional cationic polymers. Because of its high cationic charge and the ability to form chemical bonds with mechanical pulp, novel papermaking additive according to this invention is particularly suitable for improving the retention and the strength of paper made from fibrous pulp suspensions that contain at least a portion of mechanical pulp. If the polymer has a high molecular weight it can be use as a single component retention and strength additive. If the polymer has a relatively low molecular weight, it can be conveniently used as coagulant and can be combined with a high-molecular-weight, low-charge-density polymer that serves as a flocculent.

The cement retarder prepared through the adoption of the invention can accelerate the hydration, promote the condensation of the cement, improve the initial strength of the cement and eliminate the influence of the soluble minor components upon the hydration of the cement; moreover, the cement retarder contains little moisture in the obtained balls, is stored for a short time, not only utilizes the waste but also is environment friendly, thereby achieving the aims of comprehensively using the waste residue resources and saving resources,; and the cement retarder has low cost, thereby enhancing economic returns for enterprises.

Cold patch asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a cold patch asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and dewatering petroleum asphalt, then adding a diluent, a tackifier and an anti-stripping agent in sequence according to weight parts, uniformly mixing, and then adding waterborne epoxy emulsion and a waterborne epoxy curing agent, and uniformly mixing, thus obtaining cold patch asphalt liquid; uniformly mixing the cold patch asphalt liquid with an aggregate at 60 to 70 DEG C, thus obtaining a mixture A; and finally, adding mineral powder into the mixture A, uniformly stirring, thus obtaining the cold patch asphalt mixture which is used for repairing recesses in a pavement. By the adding of epoxy components, curing reaction of the epoxy components increases the strength increase speed of the mixture; and particularly, by the use of initial strength formation, after the cold patch asphalt mixture is paved, the load bearing capacity is relatively high, and the traffic can be quickly opened. The water stability and the high temperature stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture are improved to a certain extent; by high pavement performance, the service life of a novel cold patch material can be prolonged; and therefore, the pavement repair quality is improved, and occurrence of secondary damage to the pavement is reduced.

According to the gunning mix disclosed by the invention, by adding the explosion-proof agent, the adhesion rate can be increased and the cracking and dropping are prevented, and especially when the high-temperature gunning is carried out, since voids are formed by melting fibers, the porosity is increased to provide a passage for the rapid exhaust of the steam; the gunning mix contains relatively high content of Al2O3 and is suitable for a part with a serious melting loss need to be repaired on the main channel; cement is conductive to improving the initial strength of the gunning mix and thus the gunning mix can withstand relatively high vapor pressure and thus the burst is avoided and the gunning mix has relatively high adhesion force and durability; by adding iron silicon nitride, bonding strength between the oxide and non-oxide is improved; by virtue of the gunning mix disclosed by the invention, the service life of the main channel is prolonged.
