erosion and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The marine concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by
mass: 280 to 350 parts of cementing material, 1100 to 1200 parts of aggregate, 150 to 180 parts of mixing water and 2.5 to 4.0 parts of high-efficiency water
reducing agent, and the cementing material is prepared from 210 to 270 parts of ordinary
Portland cement, 50 to 70 parts of superfine
slag powder and 10 to 20 parts of modifier on the basis of the cementing material; on the basis of the modifier, the modifier is prepared from 30 to 45 parts of hexacalcium aluminoferrite, 25 to 35 parts of metaettringite, 20 to 35 parts of
tobermorite, 3 to 6 parts of nano attapulgite and 2 to 4 parts of a nano
composite material. The components can accelerate the early hydration of
cement and the
volcanic ash reaction process in the concrete hardening process, so that the concrete can form a compact
microstructure in the curing period and cooperate with the curing effect of a hydration product on
chloride ions, thereby remarkably improving the
chloride ion penetration resistance of the concrete, prolonging the service life of the structure and improving the concrete quality. The method is suitable for port
engineering, maritime work structures and buildings in salinized soil areas.
