mass: 1 to 4 parts of candy
pomace, 15 to 25 parts of
tailings, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a water
reducing agent, 8 to 18 parts of furnace
slag, 25 to 35 parts of novel low-
calcium clinker, 3 to 9 parts of white mud, 2 to 6 parts of micro-plastic, 3 to 8 parts of
titanium gypsum and 15 to 25 parts of aluminoferrite
cement clinker, the
mineral composition of the novel low-
calcium clinker comprises 40%-50% of dicalcium
silicate, 25%-30% of
calcium sulphoaluminate, 3%-8% of calcium sulphosilicate, 3%-8% of
tetra calcium aluminoferrite, 8%-15% of calcium
sulfate and 1%-5% of
free calcium oxide. A large amount of industrial
solid waste is consumed, and the method has the advantages of being low in carbon,
environmentally friendly and low in cost; through the synergistic effect of micro-expansion, close packing, conductive retardation and self-sealing
carbonization, efficient comprehensive protection against various
corrosion factors is achieved; the self-repairing and self-compacting capabilities are realized, so that the service life of a concrete structure in a harsh environment is remarkably prolonged.
