The present application aims to provide a lean water composite alkanolamine absorbent for low-concentration CO2 capture, belonging to the technical field of green carbon capture, which is a composite system of mixed alkanolamine-organic physical solvent-water. By regulating the types and proportions of the components, the water content of the system and the solvent regeneration energy consumption are significantly reduced while ensuring high CO2 absorption capacity. The water content of the absorbent is not higher than 20%, and it exhibits good absorption performance under low partial pressure CO2 conditions. The desorption regeneration energy consumption is about 77% lower than that of the same proportion alkanolamine high water content MEA system (MEA:EG:H2O=0.2:0:9.8). In the absorption-desorption cycle process, the absorbent exhibits good cycle stability, and its CO2 absorption performance does not significantly attenuate after multiple cycles. The lean water composite alkanolamine absorbent is suitable for low-concentration CO2 separation application scenarios such as direct air capture.
