The invention relates to probiotics-containing infant colorful nutritional
rice flour and a preparation technique thereof. The probiotics-containing infant colorful nutritional
rice flour comprises the following ingredients by weight: 60-80% of organic rice, 5-20% of white granulated
sugar, 1-10% of flour of various tastes, 0.2-2% of compound
nutrient supplement, 0.0001-0.1% of fungal
amylase, 2-10% of
lactobacillus rhamnosus, and 2-10% of
bifidobacterium bifidum. The technique comprises the following steps: a. blending the white granulated
sugar with the flavored flour according to the proportion, adding four times weight of water, dissolving at 50-60 DEG C, and filtering; b.
grinding the organic rice, and screening with a 80-mesh
sieve; and c. fully mixing the compositions in the steps a and b, adding the fungal
amylase, carrying out enzymolysis at 50 DEG C for 20min, and
drying under the conditions that the
vapor pressure of a vapor roller is 0.3-0.4Pa and the rotating speed is 600rpm; and fully blending the composition obtained from the step c with the
lactobacillus rhamnosus,
bifidobacterium bifidum and the compound
nutrient supplement,
filling in bags and packaging. The
rice flour has the advantages that the rice flour enables the
nutrition to be more balanced, improves the phenomenon that an infant is easily suffered from
constipation in the early period of adding
solid food, and is suitable for synchronous assimilation of
stomach and intestine and reduces the burden of
stomach of the infant; the rice flour has multiple colors due to addition of various
fruits and vegetables, thus not only being capable of prompting the
appetite, but also being capable of enhancing the visual stimulation exercise of the infant.
