3 results about "Dried banana" patented technology

Rich in potassium, vitamin A and B, bananas are a terrific food, both fresh and dried. Bananas are healthy and have medicinal uses as well. Although bananas can not be dried in the sun as they ferment too quickly, a food dehydrator will easily dry bananas for banana chips.

Oleophylic and hydrophobic sponge material as well as preparation and application thereof

The invention discloses an oleophylic and hydrophobic sponge material as well as preparation and application thereof. The material comprises sponge and a carbon-containing hydrophobic film layer coated on a sponge framework, and lauric acid is coated on the carbon-containing hydrophobic film layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in an inert atmosphere, heating and carbonizing dried banana peel powder, carrying out alkali treatment on a product, heating and calcining, and carrying out acid pickling to obtain biomass derived carbon; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing biomass derived carbon in a PDMS solution to obtain a carbon powder suspension, immersing a sponge in the carbon powder suspension, taking out the sponge after immersion, drying, immersing the sponge in liquid lauric acid, taking out the sponge after vacuum immersion, removing redundant lauric acid, uniformly smearing the carbon powder suspension on the outer surface of a sponge intermediate, and drying and solidifying to obtain the sponge. The material can be applied to adsorption and recovery of high-viscosity crude oil. In the oil-water separation process, the prepared composite material shows efficient adsorption capacity and rapid separation effect on high-viscosity crude oil, and has remarkable environmental and economic benefits.

Method for preparing rhamnolipid through fermentation and application

The invention discloses a method for preparing rhamnolipid through fermentation and application, and belongs to the technical field of fermentation. The dry banana powder and the dry purple cabbage powder are mixed and jointly used as the culture medium additive, the prepared composite culture medium is used for pseudomonas aeruginosa fermentation, and compared with a single culture medium additive or no culture medium additive, the OD value in obtained fermentation liquor is larger, and the composite culture medium is more suitable for fermentation preparation of rhamnolipid. The obtained rhamnolipid is used for cell and animal experiments, and a skin aging cell and mouse skin light aging model is established by using a 311 nm UVB ultraviolet lamp. Tests prove that after the rhamnolipid is used, harmful active oxygen of cells is reduced, surface skin thickening caused by skin photoaging is relieved, and it is proved that the rhamnolipid not only can relieve the skin photoaging symptom caused by long-term ultraviolet irradiation, but also can prevent long-term stimulation of ultraviolet to mouse skin.

A nitrogen and phosphorus biochar-based slow-release fertilizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof

This invention relates to a nitrogen and phosphorus biochar-based slow-release fertilizer, its preparation method, and its application. The preparation method includes the following steps: S1. Obtaining a biochar source; the biochar source is dried banana peel powder; S2. Pyrolyzing the biochar source obtained in S1 at 450-550℃ under a protective atmosphere to form potassium-rich biochar; S3. Heat-treating the biochar obtained in S2 at 300-400℃ for 40-90 min under a continuously purging reaction atmosphere, wherein the reaction atmosphere includes: a nitrogen mixture containing 5-20% ammonia and phosphorus-containing precursor vapor; then raising the temperature to 550-650℃ under the same atmosphere and holding it at that temperature for 40-90 min; S4. Stopping the purging of phosphorus-containing precursor vapor, heat-treating the biochar at 500-600℃ for 60-120 min under a continuously purging nitrogen mixture containing 25-40% ammonia, then raising the temperature to 700-750℃ and holding it for 10-15 min; cooling under a nitrogen atmosphere; S5. The oxidation process is carried out in air at 150-250℃. The resulting nitrogen and phosphorus biochar-based slow-release fertilizer can achieve slow nutrient release and is resistant to water washout.
