Actinomyces is a genus of the Actinobacteria class of bacteria. They are all gram-positive. Actinomyces species are facultatively anaerobic (except A. meyeri and A. israelii both obligate anaerobe), and they grow best under anaerobic conditions. Actinomyces species may form endospores, and, while individual bacteria are rod-shaped, Actinomyces colonies form fungus-like branched networks of hyphae. The aspect of these colonies initially led to the incorrect assumption that the organism was a fungus and to the name Actinomyces, "ray fungus" (from Greek actis, ray, beam and mykes, fungus).

According to the method in the invention, mixed seeding is carried out on ryegrass and Chinese trumpet creeper in an equal ratio from the first ten days of September to the first ten days of October, wherein the seeding amounts of the ryegrass and Chinese trumpet creeper are 1.5-2.0kg/mu respectively, basic seedling amount is 70000-100000 plants/mu, 1500-2000kg of fresh samples are turned over and buried in per mu of soil with the depth of 10-20cm at the time of 40-45 days before flue-cured tobacco transplanting, and the pure nitrogen applying amount is reduced by 1.8-2.4kg/mu when tobacco seedlings are transplanted. The method comprises soaking seeds, seeding, fertilizer water management, turning over and burying and fertilizer application when the tobacco seedlings are transplanted. By using the method, the problems that when the fertilizer is singly applied for a long term, the carbon-nitrogen ratio in the tobacco field is reduced, nutrient is not balanced, effective fertilizer supplying capacity is weak, and the chemical components of tobacco leaves are inconsonant are solved. The method has the advantages that quick-action nutrient content, total bacterial count and nitrobacteria and actinomycetes quantities in current-season tobacco transplanting soil are obviously increased, the nutrient of the tobacco plants is consonant, the potassium-increasing base-reducing effect of the tobacco leaf is obvious, aroma quality is improved, and the benefit of tobacco planting is greatly improved. Through test, most of the weed seeds, ascarid eggs and colibacillus in the compost are dead, the humic acid content is 25 g/kg higher than that of the control compost, the humification coefficient is more than 1.9, the decomposed finished product is black brown and odourless, and has excellent stability, harmless and minimized quality, apparently environmental and economic benefits.
