Comprising a pump body provided with a diaphragm, a push rod, a main end cover and an auxiliary end cover, the main end cover and the auxiliary end cover are connected in an involution mode and jointly form a working cavity, the diaphragm is fixed between the main end cover and the auxiliary end cover and divides the working cavity into a liquid cavity and a structural cavity which are isolated from each other, and the push rod is used for intermittently pulling or pushing the diaphragm. An auxiliary film is mounted between the main end cover and the auxiliary end cover and is parallel to the diaphragm, and an isolation cavity is formed between the auxiliary film and the diaphragm; the end of the push rod is connected with a connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected with a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate which are symmetrically arranged, and a clamping area is formed between the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate. Through a double isolation system of the auxiliary membrane and the diaphragm and the structures of the right clamping plate and the left clamping plate with variable stress areas, the diaphragm is not prone to being broken, and liquid can be prevented from leaking to the structural cavity on the other side after the diaphragm is broken.
