The present invention relates to a drop-type power leg press machine and, more specifically, to a drop-type power leg press machine which enables a user to carry out efficient leg exercises by increasing and releasing the weight by themselves. The present invention comprises: a drop weight portion (110) which is installed and coupled to the upper portion of a footrest weight portion (106) and is capable of setting the weight by adding and removing a weight plate; and a drop adjustment unit means (112) which is installed to be located lower than the footrest weight portion (106) and the drop weight portion (110) and sets a weight drop section (A) of the drop weight portion (110).
