Sulfonated aromatic diamine and sulfonated polyimide resin and preparation methods thereof

The invention discloses sulfonated aromatic diamine and sulfonated polyimide resin and preparation methods thereof. The fluorine-containing aromatic diamine with a sulfonated aromatic side chain in the invention has the advantages of compact synthetic route, readily available raw materials, easy purification and higher product yield. The aromatic diamine is structurally characterized in that a sulfonic acid group is connected to the aromatic side chain, and the structure contains hydrophobic trifluoromethyl; and compared with the traditional sulfonated polyimide, the sulfonated polyimide prepared by copolymerizing the fluorine-containing aromatic diamine with the sulfonated aromatic side chain, non-sulfonated aromatic diamine and naphthalene-containing dianhydride is easier in forming micro-phase separation structures of hydrophilic and hydrophobic areas so as to endow a film with good proton conduction property. Moreover, the sulfonated polyimide provided by the invention not only has good dissolubility and film-forming property, but also shows good thermal stability and lower methanol permeability, and has important application value in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, particularly a direct methanol fuel cell.

Diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer as well as preparation method and application of diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer

The invention discloses a diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer, a preparation method of the diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer and application of the diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer to a field effect transistor. The diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer has a structural formula as shown in the formula I, wherein R1 and R2 are respectively and independently selected from any one of C1-C120 straight-chain or branch-chain alkyls; and R3 and R4 are respectively and independently selected from any one of C1-C60 straight-chain or branch-chain alkyls. The invention also provides the preparation method of the polymer as shown in the formula I. The synthesis route is simple and efficient, raw materials are easily obtained, and the preparation method is suitable for large-scale synthesis. The field effect transistor prepared by taking the diketopyrrolopyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene polymer disclosed by the invention as an organic semiconductor layer is relatively high in migration rate and switch ratio and has the highest migration rate of 2.0cm<2>V<-1>s<-1> and the switch ratio of 105. The polymer disclosed by the invention has a favorable application prospect in organic field effect transistor devices.

Naked eye visual colorimetric method-based probe for detecting nickel ions and preparation method and applications thereof

The invention discloses a naked eye visual colorimetric method-based probe {7-hydroxy-3-[(3-pyridine methylene) imine]-2H-1-benzopyran} for detecting nickel ions in an aqueous medium and a probe-based nickel ion detection kit and test paper. The nickel ion probe can be synthetized only by a three-step reaction; a detection mechanism is based on a complexing reaction; and the nickel ions in a solution can be detected by using a naked eye visual colorimetric method. The nickel ion detection kit provided by the invention comprises a reagent stock solution 1 and a reagent stock solution 2, wherein the reagent stock solution 1 is used as a buffer solution, and the reagent stock solution 2 is used as a nickel ion probe solution. The nickel ion detection test paper provided by the invention comprises the 7-hydroxy-3-[(3-pyridine methylene) imine]-2H-1-benzopyran and a solid carrier. The naked eye visual colorimetric method-based probe for detecting the nickel ions in the aqueous medium is capable of realizing the high-sensitivity and high-selectivity detection on trace nickel ions in the aqueous medium, has convenience in detection and visual judgment, and has a huge application prospect in the environmental-protection field.

Preparation method of (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol

The invention discloses a preparation method of (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol, and belongs to the technical field of biochemistry. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: stirring and mixingsolution containing ketoreductase with buffer solution to obtain mixed solution; in the stirring process, adding nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, isopropanol and 2,3-butanedione into the mixed solution to perform closed reaction, so that reaction solution is obtained; carrying out reduced pressure suction filtration and rotary evaporation treatment on the reaction solution to obtain extractingsolution; and carrying out rectification separation on the extracting solution to obtain the (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol. Meanwhile, the invention provides an amino acid sequence of the ketoreductase for catalyzing 2,3-butanedione to generate the (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol. The invention further provides a nucleotide sequence for coding the ketoreductase. The preparation method is simple in synthetic routeand high in efficiency; 2,3-butanedione is reduced into (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol by selecting the ketoreductase in an isopropanol system; the conversion rate of 2,3-butanedione can reach up to 95%; andin addition, the chiral purity of the prepared (2S,3S)-2,3-butanediol product can also reach 98%.

The preparation method of the fluorotriptycene tetracarboxylic dianhydride compound comprises the following steps: preparing fluorotetramethyltriptycene by using tetramethylanthraceneand fluoroanthranilic acid; then preparing fluorotriptycene tetracarboxylic acid under the action of potassium permanganate; and finally carrying out a solvothermal reaction under the condition of using acetic acid as a solvent to generate the fluorotriptycene tetracarboxylic dianhydride. The invention also provides polyimide prepared on the basis of the fluorotriptycene tetracarboxylic dianhydride. The novel polyimide polymer material prepared by using dianhydride can be widely applied to passivation of chip surface and encapsulating materials, alpha-particle shielding materials, multi-layerwiring interlayer insulating materials and photoresist materials used for drawing and through holes, and flexible printed circuit boards and other basis materials. The prepared film is almost colorless and transparent, has good heat stability, and is greatly improved in the aspects of optical and thermodynamic properties.

The invention discloses a preparation method of N epsilon-tert-butoxycarbonyl-N alpha-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-N epsilon-methyl-lysine. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking N alpha-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-lysine hydrochloride as a raw material, performing alkylation with halide (R-X) under alkaline conditions, performing reductive amination on alkylate in an aqueous formaldehyde solution to introduce methyl, removing an R group of a reductive amination product under acidic conditions, then introducing a t-butyloxycarboryl (BOC) protecting group under alkaline conditions and performing re-crystallization treatment to obtain a product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in synthetic route and mild in reaction conditions, and the next-step reaction can be directly carried out after an intermediate is simply washed and concentrated. The reaction yield in each step is close to quantification, the total yield can reach above 80 percent, the purity of a final product exceeds 98 percent, and a safe and efficient synthetic route is provided for the preparation of the N epsilon-tert-butoxycarbonyl-N alpha-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-N epsilon-methyl-lysine.

The environment-friendly scale inhibitor synthesized by the invention has the advantages of wide raw material source, good water solubility, no secondary pollution caused to water, good tolerance to Ca<2+>, excellent scale inhibition effect on calcium carbonate and good ferric oxide dispersion effect. The preparation method has the advantages of cheap, simple and readily available raw materials, simple synthetic line and low reaction condition requirements; and the synthesized scale inhibitor has the advantages of good water solubility, good calcium carbonate scale inhibition and good ferric oxide dispersion performance.
