The invention relates to self-healing polyurethane resin containing disulfide bond and a preparation method thereof. The polyurethane resin comprises, by weight parts, 10-30 parts of polyether or polyester polyol, 3-20 parts of polyisocyanates, 1-10 parts of chain extender containing the disulfide bond, 0.001-1 part of organic tin or tertiary amine catalyst and 50-80 parts of organic solvent. The method for preparing the self-healing polyurethane resin containing the disulfide bond comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, stirring, heating and performing dehydration for the polyether or polyester polyol under vacuum conditions, lowering the temperature to 85 DEG C or below, adding the polyisocyanates and the organic tin or tertiary amine catalyst, reacting, lowering the temperature to 50 DEG C or below, adding the organic solvent and the chain extender containing the disulfide bond, reacting and performing vacuum defoamation to obtain the self-healing polyurethane resin. The self-healing polyurethane resin heals by itself under the heating or ultraviolet (UV) light conditions, the required conditions are mild, the healing speed is high, the effect is good, the preparation method is simple and easy to control, and raw materials are goods of commercialized production and are cheap and easy to obtain.

The invention discloses preparation of hydrophilic polymer and application thereof in detecting mercury ions based on the change of fluorescence and color, particularly a rhodamine B hydrazide grafted hydrophilic polymer probe applied to the detection of mercury ions in aqueous medium based on the change of fluorescence and color and a kit and test paper applied to the detection of the mercury ions by using the probe, belonging to the technical field of material preparation and heavy metal ion detection. The polymer containing a rhodamine chromophore is prepared by subjecting rhodamine B hydrazide and propylene oxide on the side chain of polyvinylpyrrolidone-glycidyl methacrylate which is a water-soluble polymer to ring-opening reaction, has good water solubility and can be applied to selectively detecting the mercury ions by using visual colorimetry and fluorescence detection. The probe realizes the high-sensitivity and high-selectivity rapid quantitative or semi-quantitative detection of the trace mercury ions in the aqueous medium, has a simple synthetic route, low cost and convenience of use, is applicable to amplified synthesis and actual production and has great application prospects in the field of medicine, biology and environmental science and the like.

Method for preparing grapheme through organic amine solvothermal method

The invention discloses a method for preparing grapheme through organic amine solvothermal method, which comprises the following steps: 1) adopting the solvothermal method to lead expanded graphite to react with organic amine or organic amine solvent to obtain the semi-discrete liquid of grapheme; 2) implementing ultrasonic dispersion and then implementing centrifugation on the semi-discrete liquid of grapheme obtained from the step 1), and then collecting supernate, thus obtaining the grapheme. The invention obtains the grapheme by taking solvent thermal spalling as a means. A scanning electron microscope, a transmission electron microscope, and an atomic force microscope are adopted to represent the topogram of the grapheme; a Raman spectrum and an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to represent the density of imperfection and oxidation situation of the grapheme. The result shows that the grapheme synthesized by the method of the invention has the advantages of small size, high quality, less defects, light oxidation degree, etc. besides, the method for preparing grapheme through organic amine solvothermal method also has the advantages of simple synthetic route, low cost, high concentration and uneasy accumulation of the synthesized discrete liquid of grapheme, and excellent application prospect on the aspect of discrete liquid of grapheme materials.

The invention provides a preparation method of a water-dispersive ternary mixed-crystal nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a titanium precursor into an absolute alcohol solvent at a room temperature, and uniformly stirring to obtain a titanium precursor alcoholic solution; then adding an acid hydrolysis inhibitor into the obtained titanium precursor alcoholic solution, and uniformly stirring the acid hydrolysis inhibitor and the obtained titanium precursor alcoholic solution, thereby obtaining a mixed solution; adding alcohol aqueous solution into the obtained mixed solution, uniformly stirring the alcohol aqueous solution and the obtained mixed solution, and standing for 1-20 minutes, thereby obtaining a gel; performing solvent thermal reaction on the gel at a temperature of 140-200 DEG C for 2-24 hours, then naturally cooling the reactant mixture to room temperature, and performing centrifugalizing, washing, vacuum drying and grinding, thereby obtaining a target product. Due to adoption of synthesis process based on a one-pot method, the preparation method is high in productivity, low in energy consumption and free from pollution; the product can form a nano dispersion in water and has quite high catalytic activity on organic sewage under a condition of visible lights.
