79 results about "Trametes" patented technology

Trametes is a genus of fungi that is distinguished by a pileate basidiocarp, di- to trimitic hyphal systems, smooth non-dextrinoid spores, and a hymenium usually without true hymenial cystidia. The genus has a widespread distribution and contains about fifty species. The genus was circumscribed by Elias Magnus Fries in 1836.

Method for producing organic fertilizer by utilizing hickory hulls

The invention relates to an organic fertilizer and a production method thereof, and particularly relates to a method for producing an organic fertilizer by utilizing hickory hulls. The method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing hull powder, meal and superphosphate, inoculating the obtained mixture into a microbial inoculan I after moisture is adjusted, and carrying out aerobic fermentation under the turning condition; after fermentation, inoculating a microbial inoculan II into the material, and then carrying out piled aging, drying, crushing, sieving and packaging and the like to obtain a hickory hull organic fertilizer. Aiming at the characteristics that lignin in the hull has a high content, and is difficult to break down, trametes gallic which has strong adaptability and is capable of breaking down lignin and cellulose is added during the piled aging, paint enzymes and lignin peroxidases generated in the growth process of the trametes gallic can promote conversion of lignin to humic acid, and simultaneously, lignin wrapped cellulose is released; and after the cellulose is treated at high temperature in the aerobic fermentation process, the cellulose is changed in structure, so that the cellulose is easily utilized by microbes, the material is composted more thoroughly, and the content of humic acid in the product is increased.

Method for quick harmless recognition of adulterated samples of trametes versicolor extract based on PLS-DA

The invention discloses a method for quick harmless recognition of adulterated samples of a trametes versicolor extract based on PLS-DA. The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting a near infrared reflectance spectrum of trametes versicolor extract samples and adulterated trametes versicolor extract samples, wherein the spectrum wavelength range is 12400-4000cm<-1>, the resolution is 8cm<-1>, and the number of scanning times is 16, and taking average spectra as the original spectra of the samples; (2) adopting a first derivative, in combination with polanary scattering calibration, and performing pretreatment on the original spectral information obtained in step (1), so as to remove influence of spectra noise, baseline wander and the like; (3) determining the main component factor number to be 2, setting the classification variable of the trametes versicolor extract to be 1 and the classifying variable of the adulterated samples to be 0, and establishing a partial least square judgment model; and (4) bringing unknown trametes versicolor extract samples into the model in the step (3), if the classification variable value of the unknown trametes versicolor extract samples is between 0.54-1.28, determining that the unknown trametes versicolor extract sample is the trametes versicolor extract, else, determining that the unknown trametes versicolor extract sample is the adulterated trametes versicolor extract.
