The invention provides a waste-tea-residue-based
capacitor electrode material, and a preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring waste tea residues, mango peel,
guaiacol and
butanol, carrying out a heating reaction, and then cooling to
room temperature; introducing
nitrogen into the reaction kettle, carrying out heating reaction again, cooling and filtering after the reaction is completed to obtain a
solid product carbon-based precursor, and keeping a
liquid product for later use; mgO and Al2O3
powder are mixed with the carbon-based precursor, a
nitric acid solution is slowly added and stirred, the pH is adjusted to be alkaline, and a
mixed solution is obtained through a heating reaction; transferring the
mixed solution into a reaction kettle, adding a
liquid product, introducing
nitrogen to evacuate air, stirring and heating to carry out
polymerization reaction, immediately cooling after the reaction is completed, and then filtering, washing and
drying to obtain a target product. According to the method, the
polyphenol, the
nitrogen-rich tea residues and the mango peel are catalyzed by using the bimetallic
oxide, and meanwhile, a process
liquid product is utilized, so that high-value utilization of the tea residue waste is realized. The prepared
solid product has a porous structure and good electrochemical performance.
