The invention relates to a variable pressure distillation method for extracting pythoncidere and essential oil from Chamaecyparis plants. The pythoncidere is aqueous solution, and contains main effective ingredients including borneol, cedrol, carvacrol, bisabolol, and the like. The essential oil from Chamaecyparis plants is yellow and contains cedrene, thujopsene, cedrol, and the like. The variable pressure distillation process comprises the following steps: drying and pulverizing rhizomes of Chamaecyparis obtusa and Chamaecyparis formosensis, filling into a distillation tank, introducing steam from lower steam inlet of the distillation tank for 30-50 s, starting an oil pump to vacuumize so as to generate negative pressure of 40-60 kpa, reducing pressure and humidifying after pressure stabilizes, gradually restoring the negative pressure to normal atmospheric pressure after 20-30 min, connecting a coiled condenser for condensing vapor after 20-30 min, decolorizing with about 50-100 g activated carbon, separating oil phase and water phase, and filtering to remove impurities with filter screen to obtain the essential oil and hydrosol from Chamaecyparis plants, namely, water-soluble pythoncidere.

The invention relates to an oriental arborvitae stem borer attractant, which is formed from the preparation of oriental arborvitae extractive and solvent. The main component weight ratio of the oriental arborvitae stem borer attractant is 40 to 55% thujopsene, 10 to 20% cedrol, 6 to 10 % two-table-Alpha-cedrene, 4 to 6% farnesene, 2 to 4% 3-carene and 15 to 30% ethanol. The attractant has the manufacturing method that the cypress fragment added with the proper solvent either ethanol or absolute ethyl ether is extracted in the 70-110 degree temperature. After 1.5 to 2.5 hours cooking and 0.5 to 1 hour condensing, the condensed cream and the crystal are formed, and a solvent and blended is added until in full dissolution. Thus the saturated liquid is made. The supernatant is taken i.e. the attractant liquid. The application method of the invention is characterized in that a special trap is used for pest trapping. The test result shows that the attractant of the invention has an excellent luring effect for pests such as juniper bark borers, cypress bark beetles and so on. The effective time in which each bottle of medical solution maintains is more than 15 days. Not only with high luring activity, but also the invention is pollution free with low cost and simple manufacturing process, which is cost saving, safe, direct, environment friendly and effective.

Provided is a chrysanthemum planting method suitable for large-area planting. Seed selecting, planting, watering and chrysanthemum collecting are performed according to a conventional method, disease and insect prevention processing is added, and the methods of fertilization and disease and insect prevention are improved. The chrysanthemum planting method suitable for large-area planting comprises the steps that ploughing and furrowing are performed in early December every year, 150 kg of lime is put in per mu, and lime sulphur is sprayed in the middle of February of the next year; after being planted for one month, seedlings turn green, fertilizing is performed, first-time fertilizing is mainly nitrogenous fertilizer, secondary fertilizing is mainly cake fertilizer and night soil, it had better to apply full-effect protein fertilizer, and fertilizing is performed five to six time per year; meanwhile, leaf surfaces are sprayed with a solution mixed by protease 13 ml, humic acid 28 ml and water 22 kg, and rhizosphere fertilizer is organic and accounts for 80-85 percent of full-year fertilizer; insect prevention is performed mainly by using insecticide to spray the plants, and the insecticide is prepared by, by weight, the following raw materials of 2 parts of emamectin benzoate, 5 parts of algae, 4 parts of surfactant, 3 parts of easily gradable macromolecule, 7 parts of plant growth regulator, 11 parts of kaempferitrin, 16 parts of cedrol, 13 parts of diosgenin, 25 parts of melia toosendan, 15 parts of euphorbia helioscopia, 12 parts of fresh radix stemonae roots and 5 parts of permethrin.

Method for extracting platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil through microorganism system fermentation

The invention discloses a method for extracting platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil through microorganism system fermentation and belongs to the field of biological extraction. The method comprises the steps of smashing a platycladus orientalis (L.) franco raw material into wood bits, adding water to adjust moisture content of the wood bits, adding mycotic spore powder, then adding cane sugar and yeast extractive, evenly mixing, aerating at intervals and stirring to ferment; finally performing steam distillation on the fermented platycladus orientalis (L.) franco raw material to extract essential oil and collecting oil to obtain platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil. The method disclosed by the invention has a simple technology, utilizes characteristics that specific mould resolves fiber and a wooden structure to control a decomposition effect of effective microorganism and accordingly effectively improves the extracting rate of the platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil; the yield of the platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil is 10% to 15% and is far higher than yield as 1% to 4% of a general extracting method; the content of a main functional ingredient alpha-cedrol in the essential oil is about 100% higher than that of the general steam distillation method; the method has strong operability, is suitable for large-scale production, improves the yield of the platycladus orientalis (L.) franco essential oil and is suitable for extracting essential oil from varieties of sources and portions of the latycladus orientalis (L.) franco raw material.
