Problems solved by technology

In recent years, these pests have been controlled by spraying pesticides on trunks at the adult stage, fumigation of standing trees, and setting bait trees in the forest. These measures are not only labor-intensive, costly, difficult to operate, and the effect is not good, but also have a certain impact on the environment. Therefore, it is urgent to explore new ways to monitor and control the above-mentioned pests
[0003] China Agricultural University's paper "Research on the Integrated Control Technology of Cedar Beetle" lists the attracting effects of various substances on Cedar beetle, and cedar bark oil, cedar leaf oil, and cedar wood oil all have an attractive effect on Cedar beetle Among them, turpentine oil and ethanol have the best effect of attracting insects, but the effect is very poor in the forest
Chinese invention patents 03115289.9 and 01102119.5 respectively disclose two kinds of pest attractants and their manufacturing methods, but the chemical agents used in them are expensive, so that the cost of control is too high, and it is difficult to popularize and use them on a large scale

Embodiment 1

[0026] Embodiment 1: The specific technical process is as shown in the accompanying drawings of the description.

[0027] (1) Process dry orientalis branches or wood sections into wood chips (slicing machine or manual splitting can be used), 0.3-1cm thick, length ≤ 5cm, width ≤ 5cm, put 25kg of wood chips into a traditional Chinese medicine extraction kettle for extraction ;

[0028] (2) Add 50 liters of absolute ethanol, cook at a temperature of 75-100° C. for 2 hours, then concentrate the decoction for 0.5 hour, and condense into a concentrated ointment and crystals, that is, the ointment extracted from arborvitae;

[0029] (3) Take the extract and then add the solvent absolute ethanol, stir while adding until fully dissolved to prepare a saturated liquid, after standing still, take the supernatant to be the finished attractant.

[0030] (4) Filling separately: put 200ml of attractant into a 250ml lure bottle and seal it for later use.

Embodiment 2

[0041] (1) Put 80 kg of crushed cedar wood chips of the above specifications into the extraction kettle, add 120 liters of anhydrous ether, cook at 90-105° C. for 2.5 hours, then concentrate for 40 minutes to obtain concentrated paste and crystals;

[0042] (2) Add anhydrous diethyl ether to the concentrated paste and crystals, and stir while adding until fully dissolved to prepare a saturated liquid;

[0043] (3) Put the liquid into a plastic bucket and let it stand, and take the supernatant as the attractant liquid;

[0044] (4) Filling separately: put 200ml of attractant into a 250ml lure bottle and seal it for later use.

[0045] The basic components of the present embodiment product are:

[0046] Thumbene 51.2%;

[0047] Cedrol 15.3%;

[0048] Di-epi-alpha-cedrene 7.0%;

[0049] Farnesene 6.0%;

Abstract

The invention relates to an oriental arborvitae stem borer attractant, which is formed from the preparation of oriental arborvitae extractive and solvent. The main component weight ratio of the oriental arborvitae stem borer attractant is 40 to 55% thujopsene, 10 to 20% cedrol, 6 to 10 % two-table-Alpha-cedrene, 4 to 6% farnesene, 2 to 4% 3-carene and 15 to 30% ethanol. The attractant has the manufacturing method that the cypress fragment added with the proper solvent either ethanol or absolute ethyl ether is extracted in the 70-110 degree temperature. After 1.5 to 2.5 hours cooking and 0.5 to 1 hour condensing, the condensed cream and the crystal are formed, and a solvent and blended is added until in full dissolution. Thus the saturated liquid is made. The supernatant is taken i.e. the attractant liquid. The application method of the invention is characterized in that a special trap is used for pest trapping. The test result shows that the attractant of the invention has an excellent luring effect for pests such as juniper bark borers, cypress bark beetles and so on. The effective time in which each bottle of medical solution maintains is more than 15 days. Not only with high luring activity, but also the invention is pollution free with low cost and simple manufacturing process, which is cost saving, safe, direct, environment friendly and effective.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an attractant for pests, in particular to an attractant suitable for trapping and killing pests of oriental cypress tree birch beetle, beetle beetle and the like, as well as a production and application method thereof. Background technique [0002] Cupressaceae plants, including arborvitae, juniper, cypress and other trees, especially arborvitae, are evergreen in all seasons, have excellent characteristics such as barren resistance, drought resistance, salt and alkali resistance, and long life. They are pioneer tree species for afforestation of ecological protection forests in northern my country , is also the main tree species in garden landscaping. In recent years, the pests of oriental cypress stems, mainly the longhorn beetle and the cypress beetle, have become more and more harmful, especially for some large cypress trees newly planted in greening projects, which often lead to project failure due to their hazards.
